I wouldn’t even give 1 star! It was 9:59 and the workers shut the window the radio and the front outside lights. When I knocked on the window and asked why because it was rude I was told “my boss tells us to” then they all laughed! We couldn’t even finish our ice cream. Not to mention they were spraying chemicals while they were serving a young couple that came up. PICTURE WAS TAKEN AT 10:05 pm

Ice cream is good, but service leaves me cold. (not the individuals but the apparent rules). My wife ordered a cone of “peanut butter chip”, expecting ice-cream with peanut butter chunks. The ice cream had chocolate chunks in it, and my wife is allergic to chocolate. When she went back to the counter , they were unwilling to accommodate her and told her to buy another ice cream cone with a different flavour ice cream. We won’t be returning.
Love this place! Fast, friendly service. Plenty of seating. Lots of flavor options. My favorite is the cherry dip cone. We stop by every time we visit Batavia.
