Stopped in at midnight to eat after a night out. The server took our order within a few minutes and we waited for nearly an hour without anything. No food, no communication from our server, nothing. There were multiple people walking in and out of the kitchen going to take smoke breaks. I would understand if it was busy but it wasn’t. I would understand if our orders were complicated but they weren’t. Just two grand slams. Overall just a bad experience.

Every once in a while, my friends and I go here for our lunch breaks. Last night was by far the worst experience I have had here. Tried to order a milkshake, out of ice cream. Tried to order nachos, out of those too. Tried ordering mozzarella sticks, out of those too. Also out of onion rings. I gave up. My cousin ordered a bourbon bacon burger, didn't get bacon on it. I asked if they were out of bacon because it wasn't on her burger and no, they actually had it but the cook forgot to put it on which yeah that happens. The waitress offered to bring her some but there was no point because by the time she got over to us, she had one bite left of her burger. The waitress was not the problem at all, she was very apologetic for the things beyond her control. Anyway, I'm done with Denny's. Food is either overcooked or undercooked, or nonexistent.

I went to dennys in batavia tonight. It was the absolute worst the restaurant was freezing my coffee was cold half the food was not done other half was burnt my son waited 30+ mins for a milkshake and we literally waited a hr and half for our food!! Absolutely insane ! Dennys has always been my large family's favorite place to eat neverrrr again!!!!

I'm a truck driver and I don't have access to a microwave so I was pretty shocked when I ordered some food walked out of the place, drove 3 min away, parked for the night, to find out my food was so cold it had already got grease on the bacon. how does that happen? I just left there! not cool Denny's!!! Don't know when I'm gonna be able to eat this food. I'm not gonna eat bacon with grease caked on it, because it's cold. Thx

Had been craving pancakes from this restaurant for quite some time waited a while to be seated, our waitress was cleaning tables, I ordered eggs over medium and they came back runny. The plate used to be full of hash browns we got very little, the bacon and sausage were cold. One of us had to eat with plastic silverware, the waitress said they ran out of regular silverware (no clean ones). The waitress never came and asked for a warm up on my coffee. Will definitely not be going back there again.

We stopped here on the road yesterday with our family and we while we know Denny’s is not fine dining, we were very disappointed in the condition of the restaurant. Literal garbage all over the floor, tables that sat with food/dishes on them the entire duration of our meal and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, with feces running down the bowl of the toilet. It honestly made me scared to even touch my food to begin with, and the meal itself was disappointing as well. The “oven baked Mac and cheese” I got was the stuff you’d get out of a tub in an elementary school or a prison. The only decent part was our server, who was very friendly and efficient, however, she was the only person working on the floor at dinner time (we were there from about 5:30-6:30pm) so could only do so much, of course. Definitely don’t risk the potential food poisoning here!!
The hash browns tasted like chemicals. My sons apple crisp was just warm apples..Also it came out after everyone else was done eating. Only 2 waitresses working. Horrible experience

First the food was great as was my waitress and the staff. There was a Military vet in the restaurant as well and we purchased his breakfast as also, and he too was also a BILLS FAN like me. As we were leaving, the Manager a little short guy said how does it feel to route for a team that will never win a championship. I looked at him and thought he was just trying to be funny, but then he carried on. I then proceeded to ask how he would like to try and eat with no teeth(I was kidding) but yet again he wanted to tell me about his bet and keep going. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT in your place again as should any BILLS fans as you were RUDE. As a Manager you should get some training on how to Treat you customers who wear BILLS gear.

The food was great and server was nice but she was super pushy on making us order. I had to tell her 3 times we needed more time to look at the menu and she kept coming back every 5 minutes (the restaurant was empty it was around 11pm) the last time we just got fed up with her rushing us so we ordered food we weren’t exactly in the mood to eat but other than that it’s a good location.
