Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes for a refresher and bagel minis. Got up to the window, payed, and was given the wrong order. Had to wait another 5 minutes for the correct order. The refresher was nasty and the bagels were cold.
The employees are mostly very friendly, so I'm inclined to think it's a staffing issue considering they have like five people maximum working at any given time.

Tiny Drive-through is always full, so I always park and walk in. But they give preference to drive-through and encourage people to back their cars up onto Main st. When I walk in, I usually wait at least 10 minutes. Today there were no donuts left except cinnamon rolls and munchkins. She said that’s all they have for the next hour. It was 8:45 AM. I asked for a small coffee with cream on the side. No creamers, they told me. Apparently they don’t place any orders. They don’t prepare any food and they’re not waiting on people in front of them and the garbage can was overflowing. If this was a one off, I probably wouldn’t write this review but it happens every time I go there. We need another coffee place to rely on. This is the worst- run location I’ve ever been to.

Great and fast service. Around 8am / 9am tend to be the busiest in the morning, but ALWAYS get the coffee order CORRECT ?
I ordered on the mobile app and the order showed up when I got up to the drive thru screen. The girl told me they didn’t have my order so I reordered and was going to show the receipt at the window. I told her my order and got “oh sorry the ovens are off” over an hour before close. You could have just told me you didn’t want to make my order instead of lying that you didn’t get the order.
