Great and fast service. Around 8am / 9am tend to be the busiest in the morning, but ALWAYS get the coffee order CORRECT ?
I ordered on the mobile app and the order showed up when I got up to the drive thru screen. The girl told me they didn’t have my order so I reordered and was going to show the receipt at the window. I told her my order and got “oh sorry the ovens are off” over an hour before close. You could have just told me you didn’t want to make my order instead of lying that you didn’t get the order.

Got exactly what I ordered. Sometimes the drive through can be quite a wait so if you are in a hurry it may be in your best interest to go in and order if you don't order ahead. The staff is really nice here. I have never encountered a rude person and they have been helpful with the app. The food and drinks are freshly made and delicious. I highly recommend this location.

Got coffee to go. They missed on the order, they were relatively busy and get a pass this time.
Is very rude employees here. I made a mistake and asked for light ice when I got to the window. The lady was rude told me.I need to tell her When i'm placing my order. Was very nasty to me. Then when I went to go back in the store. The ran over and locked the door so I couldn't come back in. Very unprofessional. We have two dunkin' donuts Batavia ny. These employees treat their customers so bad. Do not go to this store. They don't care about you. And if you go to the store Around close time. You might not. Get served because they purposely close early. This is the worst store ever. Do not go to this location. I even called and said who I was and they hung up the phone on me. I went back through the line and sat there.And they refused to come to the window to give me a new drink. Do not go to this location. You will not get good service.They do not care about you here. Definitely go to the other location at 136 west main store. They are so nice to you there. They actually care about their customers. This location needs to change. It's giving Dunkin ? a bad rap
