We waited in line for 25 min while the cashier was on the phone and all the other workers just sat around doing nothing and looking at us and leaning on the tables. Also, everything is super overpriced. Not worth it💯

I want to love 5 guys. I have only visited them twice. I’m most disappointed that all burgers are cooked well done. My first was well done, dry and not juicy. My second was much better. It’s a step up from fast food burgers for sure but something is missing for me. I’ll try again every once in a while.

Instead of making food the workers thought it be best to just sit in the back room, now have to wait 20 mins for them when this order could have been done upon walking in
