I booked reservations for my father’s 70th birthday at the Clubhouse at Batavia Downs, but later received a call that they were double booked. Our server was not very attentive and took over 45 minutes to get our meal. Even if they were busy you would expect the server to check up and see if you need water ( which we did ) or a cocktail.
Not enough staff. There was a concert this evening and they were not prepared for the crowd. We should never be seated at table and have to wait 35 just for the water and drinks. Took 1 1/2 before we got food. One of my favorite places to eat but will never go on a day there is an event there.
