I was in Kauai 2 months ago and didn’t have kalua pork half as good as I had here. I’m hoping they’ll be back next week!
I had pulled pork nachos tonight at the Dublin Corners Brewery from the food truck. Unfortunately, the taste was very bland with hardly any seasoning. I tried a little salt, some hot sauce, and even some soy sauce, but it did not help. I’ve had good food from them in the past when they were in Batavia.
We had the macadamia nut crusted fish with orange marmalade sauce and a spicy lobster roll… OMG , amazing!! So much food and it was all delicious. Highly recommend their fish!
