The hot subs are pretty good. Most of the time they get orders right but sometimes mess up a bit or are stingy with the meat. Gluten free bun is pretty decent, really nice having somewhere with a gluten free sub in Batavia.

Ordered online 20 minutes before arriving at the location. Pickup time was 12:28, it’s now 12:50 and we still don’t have our order. When we asked the manager, he pointed to the shelf and said “If you don’t see it there, it’s not done yet”. I may be more forgiving except I ordered it 30+ minutes ago online and the line of people walking in all received their orders within 10 minutes. I ordered ahead because I’m diabetic and suffer hypoglycemia.suggestion- maybe delegate walk-ins to certain staff, and online orders to other staff. Create a system to work efficiently. I spoke to a couple other customers in the store having the same issue from ordering online.

It's pretty good. I'll be honest and say it's not my favorite sub shop but it beats subway. Great flavor and quality ingredients. Hand cooked and prepped right there.
For me, personally I was not impressed. The restaurant was dirty. There was trash over flowing in the trash can and trash on the floor. The floor looked dirty too. The sub was good, but over priced. There were three male employees working. One of them was complaining about working so many hours. Very unprofessionally I thought for guests to be hearing. The employee who took my order handled my money, then made my sub without washing his hands.

Me and my family would drive 30 minutes to come to this Jersey Mike's specifically because the subs were always great but after our last visit we were not impressed u can tell there is new employees here now we are always in and out with no problems not the case with our last visit the store was packed with customers because it was around dinner time the gentleman ahead of me in line ordered his sub a giant sub my sub was not started because the 2 girls behind the counter were having a conversation about the gentleman a head of me being picky about his sub after my sub was started the girl putting the toppings on the sub was extremely rude after getting our food and paying for our subs I realized we didn't get our point for the order I have been collecting them to get a free giant sub and being 42 points away my fiance say don't worry about it we will not be back the vibes are totally different here ...and just because people want some toppings on the side isn't being picky for the price of a giant sub ? and this was the only time my fiance got sick after eating his food very disappointing

Probably one of the worst Jersey Mike’s I have been in. Bathrooms were so dirty & I watched them make my gluten free sandwich using the same station & knife they used for non gluten free sandwiches. No regard for allergies or cross contamination, so if you have allergies be careful!!!!
