Subpar service today. Young guy that made the sub was super nice. But the young girl checking me out needs some additional training. I used my credit card and chose the 10% tip option. She rushed to finish her end of the transaction and stepped away, while at the same time looking over her should to see if the other female employee would say anything to her. So I was exasperated by the whole incident and bagged my own food in the large to-go bag. Made me feel like the tip wasn't high enough, so she didn't bother taking her time to bag my food. All I can say is Wow...That’s what we are all coming to. Years I've been a Jersey Mike customer in North Carolina, and waited years for the chain to finally come into western NY state. I was probably one of the first customers to come into the news stores here.

I love this Jersey Mike’s so much! The subs are delicious and I always have the best conversations with the staff, they are always so friendly. Can’t say enough good things. I don’t typically eat at chains but this is a spot I will continue to go regularly!

I don’t normally feel compelled to do a review but I have to say the energy and service of this Jersey Mikes was impeccable! We randomly stopped here on a drive home to Pennsylvania and I’m so glad we did! I’ve never seen all the workers in such a good pleasant mood and so professional. The employee who was taking orders was so pleasant and asked everyone who came in while we were eating inside about what they were looking forward to. I know it’s something so simple but it makes a difference! I would go out of my way to go to this shop . I forgot yo mention the fact that my portobello mushroom swiss melt was amazing. I was also happy because this was my stepsons first experience at this franchise and they were happy to come back again! Thank you so much for the outstanding service! It did not go unnoticed. I also ate at the store on Monday afternoon on June 23rd. Keep up the wonderful things you are doing!

Very fast service and subs were made exactly as asked. The seating area was great to sit and enjoy the meals. Best part is it's located near the casino... 😁

Edit: The manager, Joshua, reached out to me in order to make things right. I took him up on his offer and was very surprised by the change in customer service. Our food was about the same, but this time we went in-person to order and found it to be a better experience (rather than doing an order online/mobile app). I appreciate the time and consideration that Joshua put into making sure my experience was better this time. Thank you!
I was unimpressed with this location. Our order was done via app and was supposed to be done by the time we got there, unfortunately it was not done. So I popped over to the store next door and ordered some drinks. By the time my drinks were made, my subs were ready. However, my sub was not made the way I asked. I just wanted it toasted (I ordered a turkey club) but it wasn’t. My sub was good, but my mom wasn’t pleased with hers (she mentioned it had oil on it but didn’t want that).
All in all, I will probably try them again bc they have GF sub rolls. Maybe a different location though.
