I don’t normally feel compelled to do a review but I have to say the energy and service of this Jersey Mikes was impeccable! We randomly stopped here on a drive home to Pennsylvania and I’m so glad we did! I’ve never seen all the workers in such a good pleasant mood and so professional. The employee who was taking orders was so pleasant and asked everyone who came in while we were eating inside about what they were looking forward to. I know it’s something so simple but it makes a difference! I would go out of my way to go to this shop . I forgot yo mention the fact that my portobello mushroom swiss melt was amazing. I was also happy because this was my stepsons first experience at this franchise and they were happy to come back again! Thank you so much for the outstanding service! It did not go unnoticed. I also ate at the store on Monday afternoon on June 23rd. Keep up the wonderful things you are doing!

Edit: The manager, Joshua, reached out to me in order to make things right. I took him up on his offer and was very surprised by the change in customer service. Our food was about the same, but this time we went in-person to order and found it to be a better experience (rather than doing an order online/mobile app). I appreciate the time and consideration that Joshua put into making sure my experience was better this time. Thank you!
I was unimpressed with this location. Our order was done via app and was supposed to be done by the time we got there, unfortunately it was not done. So I popped over to the store next door and ordered some drinks. By the time my drinks were made, my subs were ready. However, my sub was not made the way I asked. I just wanted it toasted (I ordered a turkey club) but it wasn’t. My sub was good, but my mom wasn’t pleased with hers (she mentioned it had oil on it but didn’t want that).
All in all, I will probably try them again bc they have GF sub rolls. Maybe a different location though.

The hot subs are pretty good. Most of the time they get orders right but sometimes mess up a bit or are stingy with the meat. Gluten free bun is pretty decent, really nice having somewhere with a gluten free sub in Batavia.

Ordered online 20 minutes before arriving at the location. Pickup time was 12:28, it’s now 12:50 and we still don’t have our order. When we asked the manager, he pointed to the shelf and said “If you don’t see it there, it’s not done yet”. I may be more forgiving except I ordered it 30+ minutes ago online and the line of people walking in all received their orders within 10 minutes. I ordered ahead because I’m diabetic and suffer hypoglycemia.suggestion- maybe delegate walk-ins to certain staff, and online orders to other staff. Create a system to work efficiently. I spoke to a couple other customers in the store having the same issue from ordering online.
