I don’t normally feel compelled to do a review but I have to say the energy and service of this Jersey Mikes was impeccable! We randomly stopped here on a drive home to Pennsylvania and I’m so glad we did! I’ve never seen all the workers in such a good pleasant mood and so professional. The employee who was taking orders was so pleasant and asked everyone who came in while we were eating inside about what they were looking forward to. I know it’s something so simple but...

Edit: The manager, Joshua, reached out to me in order to make things right. I took him up on his offer and was very surprised by the change in customer service. Our food was about the same, but this time we went in-person to order and found it to be a better experience (rather than doing an order online/mobile app). I appreciate the time and consideration that Joshua put into making sure my experience was better this time. Thank you!

I was unimpressed with this...

The hot subs are pretty good. Most of the time they get orders right but sometimes mess up a bit or are stingy with the meat. Gluten free bun is pretty decent, really nice having somewhere with a gluten free sub in Batavia.
