Expect to wait 35 minutes plus for them to service two customers in their drive-thru. I can't recommend that you go there if you're on your lunch break you'll never eat

KFC used to be the best. Long John Silvers fish WILL give you a stomach ache for sure. Wouldn't eat in this greasy floor, slimey location. Would get takeout and it in the car. Chicken is ok, but those mashed potatoes and gravy CAN'T be beat. Nice that macncheeze doesn't cost extra cause Popeyes charges extra. Employees are always nice and only go if I have a coupon. Love KFC coleslaw too.

Went to this location shortly after I got off of work, because I was hungry and craving KFC, I went in and placed an order around 5:40 p.m., and usually I'm in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, but today with the same order I usually get, I ended up waiting almost 40 minutes if not 40 minutes to get my food, and there were other customers that I've been waiting there longer than I have at that point, and the customer service was deplorable, if I hadn't have paid for my food already, I wouldn't have waited that long for something that was supposed to be quick and easy

Came in today order chicken mac n cheese and a biscut. I waited 30 minutes for my food and when i got it the biscut was still raw and gooey in the middle. When i took it to the counter where the manager and other workers were standing and showed them no one could say anything and just gave me a new one. This is crazy never have i ever experienced something like this. Giving someone the wrong order is one thing but giving someone a raw food item the whole place should be looked at.

I stopped in to use their bathroom just as the opened and the ladies was never cleaned from the night before..you know if the bathroom is dirty so is the kitchen ?

Bad service, they don't let you know when the order is ready so you don't realize it and it gets cold. I like Kentucky but not the one in Batavia NY. They give you takeout orders without asking. It's the last time I'm going there because in addition to poor service, it's not very clean, let's say. In my opinion, they get a 1 out of 10 for very bad service.
