I waited about 20 minutes for my food, but I want to take a moment to commend an employee named Hailey. I noticed her step away from the drive-thru to help a cashier who was struggling with customers, and once things were under control, she went straight into the kitchen to assist there as well. That level of teamwork and initiative stood out to me.

With my extensive fast-food management experience, I can confidently say Hailey has the qualities of a strong leader and should be considered for a management role. She showed initiative, awareness, and the ability to adapt to the team’s needs.

Although the wait was long, the food was fresh, and Hailey’s efforts made a clear difference. In my opinion, she is the kind of employee who should be running the place far more than the others I observed.

I used to go with my gram and grampa on Friday nights it was such a treat .. I don't get out this way much but I love it here brings back amazing happy memories and I love the fish 😋 wish they had one closer ♥️ but so glad they have one I can frequent

Very bad service. Bad behavior with customers. Received incomplete order. Employee needs to be trained so they can behave respectfully with the customer.

I was there for a door dash and this was the most unprofessional thing I have experienced. The manager was cussing and having an attitude about people coming in. You had staff going in the back and coming out still chewing and smacking their lips. You had your evening manager fighting with another employee.

One of my favorite fast food restaurants of all time. From the crunchies and hush puppies to the fish and chicken. The breading still tastes the same after all these years.

It's the batter. The batter makes everything, the chicken the fish and the shrimp better than almost any fish I've ever had. Very greasy though. But my favorite place to go when I want to treat myself. I just wish there was one closer to where I lived.

This place is amazing too work for. I got started at 30 an hour with OT and part time options available ,plus full benefits with life insurance. If I wasn't moving I'd work here forever.
