No sweet ice tea which is what it started with.. went to counter to get service that was quick but we're unable to solve problem with tea.. manager on phone get off your phone and start paying attention. McDonald's crew men for 12 years McDonald's Leroy, Warsaw... And this was just unprofessional McDonald's... I'll go to the other on Main Street from now on... Wread that guys!!!! 😡

Spent my entire lunch break waiting for somebody to notice me and the line behind me at the front register. My previous experience with this mcdonald's, was getting charged $42 for food, that I never got, but still got charged for. They then told me that my card didn't go through, even though my online banking proved otherwise. Long story short there's issues, and for the price you're better off going to a diner. Effectively in a place like this you're paying for speed level but without that it effectively negates the entire business plan.

Please bring back the indoors play area. People stay longer and spend more especially during the winter months. It is rare that I stop at a McDonald's. I don't expect much from fast food and now with the high prices I did not plan on eating here. At this McDonald's the employees are very nice service was fast and it is a newer McDonald's and very clean. Food was ok and I did not get sick after which usually happens with most fast food places.
Kid-friendliness: Employees were working hard, got our order right the first time, very nice and fast with our order. They deserve all deserve a raise. I wish McDonald's would serve a better quality of food. It was prepared and cooked fine so not the restaurants fault they only serve what McDonald's approves and sends.
