The manager Connlan showed exemplary skills getting orders out and commanding the brigade. He should be promoted to regional manager. Irate customer in front of me was shutdown very quickly. I love this McDonalds more than just about every store in Buffalo except maybe the one on Sheridan and Sweet Home (if it's late at night).

This was the best location around for a while but the quality and service have declined significantly the past six months or so.
The girl who typically works the register has zero enthusiasm and doesn't acknowledge anything you say. Today I saw one of the workers leaning against the counter swinging her ponytail (no hairnet) directly over the food. That's pretty disgusting.
