Pretty poor quality, definitely got weird vibes from the place. Pretty sure the owner is still only hiring female employees 😆

I order lunch here for a large group and it is always amazing. I have a large order so I call ahead and they keep everything well organized and we have never had any mistakes.

My sister and I come to Batavia once a month and when we do we stop here for lunch or dinner we each get a sandwich and one of almost everything in the case for desserts.

Always try to stop when in Batavia. Great subs but as soon as you walk in, you see a glass cabinet full of delicious treats. Various Canoli's, various cheese cakes, eclairs, various brownies, cream puffs and more. Always top notch and worth the stop. Would like to take the whole case home, so decision making is tough and you're many of what this trip. Worth the stop!!!

If batavia got a decent bakery like savoia and a sub shop like firehouse this place would be out of business sub bread as soft as sandwiche bread necer get orders right them Blame customers owner rude cannoli frozen and mushy poor employees chopping up pepper relish with scissors that were just laying around not clean ..friend allergic to tomato luckily they looked before eating

Took a star off since it can look a bit intimidating on the outside. When I walked it I was greeted by a few of the employees and they helped me navigate my order. It was a small shop with all of the essentials you might need. A small case had, what looked like, hand made pastries. The service was quick and efficient and the food was tasty. Wish the pickle that was included with the sub was a bit more substantial. If you are looking for a quick and simple place for a sandwich, I would highly recommend

The food is absolutely Delicious! Nestled on the corner of Liberty Street & Elliott Street, it is a hidden gem! Although there is no indoor or outdoor dining, the take-out is well worth it! Great prices, customer service, and food make this a definitely worth it destination!

Great little NY deli feel when you walk in is fun, and the service was fine. My Italian sub was not. The meat was scant at best, and the sub really was not well-assembled...given the long standing existence of this establishment, I was quite surprised. I am also not a fan of the sub roll...I find it is far too soft and not really the type of roll that is appropriate for a sub. Most sub have a slightly harder outer crust and this would be preferable as well as more common. I will not go back.
