Quite simply the best cafe! Superior customer service philosophy. Friendly, well trained and professional staff. Products are consistently yummy. 😍 The store in Waynesboro, PA is our fav!!

Dietary restrictions: They have a couple drinks without caffeine... I like the Vente Passionfruit Tango with lemonade, 2 pumps simple syrup and light ice. 😋
Kid-friendliness: Kids love Starbucks! It's a happy place. Waynesboro Store has lots of windows ... great for enjoying the weather.

Waited 10+ minutes for a latte and the worker was incredibly rude and clearly didn’t want to be there.
I get a Strawberry Açaí Lemonade with no inclusions all the time and they are always delicious, the workers are nice and it’s a good place to get a quick drink. 10/10 would recommend.

End of November and they still keep the AC on. Couldn’t sit inside for more than 5-10 mins. Management was doing interviews and complaining it was freezing as well. Outside is just as cold as inside with the cold fan blasting.

The cost of a cup of coffee has consistently risen. A "hello" or smile softens the blow!! Not with the young lady with the dark hair and braids!! Very RUDE!! If you don't like your position, I suggest you search another avenue. Way too much attitude. I will NOT be returning to this Starbucks!!! Choose to be kind!
