The worst service. They cater to mobile and drive thru orders. No staff looked up at the door upon anyone entering or say welcome in, hello, good morning, or good afternoon…no type of greeting. When I asked Noel, who was making drinks and the closest staff near the register, if someone could help me at the register she stated (all without making any eye contact), ‘We’re a little busy right now. Someone will get to you when they can.’ Soooo I provided feedback about the poor customer service and I waited. The staff working the drive through took my order which included 2 cups of ice. I received my other items but not the two cups of ice. Noel was standing at the register working on an IPad at this point and I asked her if they were too busy to get me 2 cups of ice. Clutch your pearls for her response..Noel told me that was disrespectful. Basically it seems that the girls working were following Noel’s lead to not waste time with customer greetings and small talk. I would rather wait in a welcoming environment where human interaction is at the top and not the bottom of the priorities list.

It was a long wait but that's because they're was a lot of people ordering and lots and lots of drinks to be made. But they made the drinks perfectly and the workers we're super sweet and nice and took care of their customers great!

Prefer the Target/Starbucks because it’s CLEANER & they make a better tasting latte! The 8379 Lewiston rd location is DIRTY, the floor, the table tops, the counter & the floor behind the counter all very, dirty! The place needs to be pressure washed.

Quite sad you place an order it says it'll be ready in 5-10 mins you show up in 10 and still waiting 5-10 for anything to be done. Employees are way too slow....

The wait in the drive thru was like 20 minutes. The vanilla iced latte that I got was mostly ice & tasted like raisins?? So overrated. I dont know what the hype of Starbucks is. It's bland and overpriced. Should have went to dunkin or tims slightly cheaper and much better. Employees were nice though.

Every time me and my friend go here to buy a $13 & $8 drink $21in total. We ask for extra or double in our drinks and we never get extra/double….. after the up charge. Extremely disappointed with this. The employees literally make themselves their drinks and go to the back and watch their other coworkers struggle make the drinks for people in line.
