Every time me and my friend go here to buy a $13 & $8 drink $21in total. We ask for extra or double in our drinks and we never get extra/double….. after the up charge. Extremely disappointed with this. The employees literally make themselves their drinks and go to the back and watch their other coworkers struggle make the drinks for people in line.

My orders are always correct and fresh. They do a great job. When I go through the drive through, it is pretty quick but there always seems to be a wait inside. It is a clean store and the staff is friendly and accommodating.

Went through drive thru on 2/21/25 about 2pm and for some reason my app signed me out. The employee said a lot of people were having that issue that day so I asked if I could add the points with the receipt after the fact, she said yes I could. So instead of holding up the line, I paid and left. Later that day I tried to add the points only to discover that you CANNOT add points with receipt! I was very annoyed because she obviously lied to me. That’s not fair, I wanted to keep that line moving and help her out but she blatantly lied to me!

There are two really amazing ladies at this starbucks. I believe she is the shift leader, and then the girl with black and green hair. They always literally make me have a great start to my day and hype my morning up.

I found this location in the app and placed my order roughly 5 min before arriving. When I walked in, my order was ready and made to perfection. As I walked out, I thanked the barista to which they all yelled, "You're welcome!" I love it!

Totally messed up my pick up orders. They didn’t taste any where close to how they should be. There were no stirrers and I had to use a plastic straw to get the job done. Shoddy!!

I went through the drive through today and they messed my order up 3 times, had me pay for someone else's order, and was very rude about their mistakes. I ended up crying on the way home. My croissant wasn't even warm like I asked and my drinks were half filled.

Drink was half whipcream and didn't even taste like it had coffee in it.
Also my croissants where not warmed and they came with a healthy side of attitude when they gave me the wrong order ?‍♂️

My chocolate latte was also the most chocolate-y drink I've ever had, I could taste the powder, and was not filled up all of the way.

I waited about 15 minutes on a non busy day before they finally asked me why I was standing there for so long. All the workers were just sitting there attending to other people’s order and they forgot a simple cake pop. Mind you this isn’t the first time this has happened. And I also noticed they forgot another girls too…
