Prefer this location to going to the Target/Starbucks.Convenient location.Staff is friendly.Seating is comfy.WIFI is decent.Music is good.They will fix your order if it gets screwed up for whatever reason.Overall a good location.Frequently they are closed with no mention on Google Maps, and I have almost dislocated my shoulder trying to open a locked door (note on door states staff shortage that day)….So 4 Stars.

You should probably tell your customers when you’re closed at 4:30pm and you have a line of us all just waiting. Just for there to be employees inside sweeping. a sign or something would’ve been nice. Waited about 30 minutes behind another car. my boyfriend was nice and was the one who informed the people behind us that you were closed! I get things happen and you have to close down but informing customers would be SO great!

Probably the worst starbucks I've been to. Barista wouldn't rinse my mug out. Said I had to rinse it out myself and that she couldn't make my drink unless I rinsed it out myself. Then got my order wrong. Twice. Just thought whatever don't have time to wait for you to remake my drink a second time and left.

Hearing all the bad reviews about this place I decided to order a simple drink hoping it would go smoothly. A tall iced americano with caramel drizzle. I received a grande drink, lukewarm, without even a single ice cube in it. They just filled it to the brim with water and handed it out. They did attempt to remake it for me when I brought the drink back in, but the drink I received still wasn’t as it was supposed to be. I specifically pointed out the line the water is supposed to be poured and how many shots of espresso it’s supposed to get and I watched the barista as she overfilled the cup with water. I attempted to taste it hoping it would be okay but it tasted like water with a hint of coffee. Sadly my money and drink was wasted.

I usually don’t write reviews especially not bad ones but this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any Starbucks. Horrible service. I was traveling and needed to grab a quick coffee to go. Well the drive thru was insane as expected. I decided to go in and order a very easy drink, iced Carmel macchiato. There were only 2 girls working. After waiting almost 45 minutes/1 hr for a stupid coffee (along with others waiting) the girls were ONLY attending to people in the drive thru line. Finally after getting my coffee it was all messed up and not a macchiato. Also no apology for the long wait. Will never attend this location again, they should be shutdown at this location. Horrible service.

The employees at the drive thru are very very nice but they have not gotten any of my drinks right. I once ordered an iced double espresso with a splash of milk and I received a drink that was mostly milk and had like 5 ice cubes. They even got my pink drink wrong, it was mostly juice and barely had any coconut milk in it. As a previous Starbucks barista, I know the shakers have blatant measurements on them so I can’t understand how that happened. I’m sorry but I’ll be going back to ordering from the Target Starbucks from now on. Kudos to the employees for providing amazing customer service though.

Worst service ever! I walked in no one helped me there was a line for moble orders but no line to just order. I stood there for 10 minutes and no one helped me so I left. Very bad service!

I came here 2 days in a row same people working terribly slow and no people in there and took 20 MINUTES to make 3 drinks that is unserb and then my drink was wrong both times i went there and they forgot sprinkles how could they i’m sticking to my starbucks at target for good. way better service and faster even when there is huge lines. IF I COULD GIVE THIS A 0 I WOULD.

The ladies here are sweet. They greet you and say good bye. They work hard and get along well. The ambience was clean and plenty of open tables.My only suggestion would be to improve the quality of wifi. It's maybe 500to 700k download. I've been to places that offer 50m. Thank you !

Workers are pretty rude, they don't fill up their drinks all the way and waiting is ridiculous. I understand that's the business it's gonna be busy but I shouldn't wait 20 minutes for two drinks when there's nobody on line... And like I said before, the workers were rude to me and rolled their eyes at me when I said thank you. Honestly just go to another Starbucks or take your business to Dunkin Donuts or Tim Horton's if you can. I've never had such an awful experience anywhere

Came in 20-25 minutes before they closed and tried to order two Trenta teas. They were out and refused to brew more. Even though it literally takes 2 minutes.(many Starbucks have done this in the past)
