This particular Subway has always been one of my go-to places for lunch. But I've noticed they have had some recent staff changes. And all I gotta say is I think they need to train up the new people more. The person I talked to was super quiet and would only whisper, hardly even smiled. And then I noticed that the food left out was going bad and browning. This doesn't usually happen when I go, but if this is the new norm, I'm going to find somewhere else to eat!

OMG! Was SO grossed out by their nasty bathroom that I refused to get lunch. Have you never heard of toilet bowl cleaner?? Comet?? Disinfectant?? Can't even imagine what the kitchen looks like! 🤢🤢🤢🤢

I went here to get food for dinner and the workers were miserable and mean they didn’t toast my 2 subs when I asked them to and they put way to much honey mustard and it tasted HORRIBLE 1 star

I went to this subway with an online order and found that the first sandwich did not have avocado on it. I went back and they remade it, but they did not use the correct meat. I was obviously not going to return to have them fix it again. What really made me sad was that they placed the old sandwich (no wrapper, fully exposed) in my new bag with the replacement. I now have stains on my carseat because of their negligence and not once did either staff at the counter apologize. I have requested a full refund from this store and highly advise not going here. My carseat is gross now and I am so upset. Please go to the one on Main Street - they are so much nicer and fix their errors without problems.

Aaron was sooooo helpful! Wanted to order the $6.99 "only on the app" special for any footlong, but the app wasn't working. After showing Aaron the app malfunction, he made it work so I could still get the app deal price in store!! (#30 The Beast, super yummy!) This is rare to see these days @ most fast food restaurants or retail stores, but Aaron went above and beyond to make a customer very happy! Most food service workers these days have no idea what customer service is all about, and would have said "sorry, but that special is ONLY on the app, and even though the app isn't working, I can't help you". Kudos Aaron for showing what true customer satisfaction is all about!!!
