Aaron was sooooo helpful! Wanted to order the $6.99 "only on the app" special for any footlong, but the app wasn't working. After showing Aaron the app malfunction, he made it work so I could still get the app deal price in store!! (#30 The Beast, super yummy!) This is rare to see these days @ most fast food restaurants or retail stores, but Aaron went above and beyond to make a customer very happy! Most food service workers these days have no idea what customer service is all about, and would have said "sorry, but that special is ONLY on the app, and even though the app isn't working, I can't help you". Kudos Aaron for showing what true customer satisfaction is all about!!!

My husband and I just came to get subs made with love but our subs were made with attitude. I can’t name names but the one has foundation way too dark for her skin tone and the other one is mixed. Lacking customer service skills.
