I just had the worst Crunchwrap supreme of my life. Was so soggy it wouldn’t even hold up in my hands. The inside crunchy shell was completely soggy.

I arrived to an empty restaurant at about 7:30pm and it took 10 minutes for my order to be taken. Many staff running around in the kitchen but no one working the register. Eventually I ordered the CT Chicken bowl for take -out. Got back to my hotel eitj my food, and there was no chicken in the bowl. What?!?! Very disappointing.

Unfortunately this is the 2nd or 3rd time now that they've completely forgotten one of our items, the BBQ chicken burrito which wasn't our cheapest item🤦🏼♀️didn't realize till we got home to eat (went through the drive through)
The girl working the drive thru does not speak and treats you like she’s doing you a favor! Long dark hair had interaction with her on 5/30/25. One of the rudest people I’ve encountered in a long time! Should not be working with the public!

I understand it’s 1am. But we just DoorDashed. Nacho taco was all smashed up. Extra items were missing. No straws or sauce or napkins. The chips were stale. The burrito tasted HORRIBLE. And everything was cold. Very disappointed. I order from here a lot, and work in food so I know about it. But this was just horrendous and im very upset.
