I ordered a Birthday Cake Churro rolled in cinnamon instead of sprinkles.
Management refused my request and said they don't alter any orders from their menu.
I left empty-handed and was very disappointed.
The next day I placed my order for a Birthday Churro rolled in cinnamon at another Taco Bell and they gladly rolled my Birthday Churro in cinnamon for me.
Batavia's Taco Bell's management are just too young and inexperienced to handle simple requests.

One star is more than I would give if it were possible.

My Mother was injured on their property at the Batavia, NY location on Sunday 2/9/25. The drive thru was closed, so customers had to go inside. It had snowed a lot and by 4 pm the sidewalks and curbs had still not been shoveled and salted. She went to walk into the restaurant and fell forward flat on her stomach injuring her ribs and bruising her knee.

Upon informing the staff of what happened, her well being was completely ignored by the rude staff. The first employee brushed her off on someone by saying, “you can handle this one” to who I assume was the MOD. The person did not ask if she was ok and quickly dismissed her by saying, “we’ll take care of it” and walked away from her. No accident report, no “I apologize,” no “are you ok?” Nothing. Dismissive and rude.

My Mother is the sweetest kind hearted lady and is too nice to be the one to cause a scene or express her frustration with anyone in a situation like that, but as a family we are infuriated and are attempting to reach anyone we can to sort this out.

My sister called requested to be put in touch with a regional manager or anyone with corporate and so far have only received one brief call to get a description of the incident. The person we spoke to informed us that it was OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ASK TO HAVE AN ACCIDENT REPORT FILED. The employees have also combatted our claims by saying “she was fine,” when she was just trying to be kind and inform the employees that she fell as a result of them not tending to the snowy/ icy walks/ curbs. We’ve been told that we are not allowed to have the number for the regional office, and now 4 days later still have not heard back from anyone

My Mother is in terrible pain in her knee and ribs to the point where it hurts to breathe.

As a family that has spent years in the food service and customer service industries, we are infuriated and disgusted. Only a complete lack of carelessness and utter laziness could have lead to an experience this bad.

She is seeking medical treatment and is considering consulting a personal injury attorney.

Taco Bell will no longer be in consideration for 1st, 2nd, 3rd or 4th meal. Absolute garbage service and lack of empathy/ sympathy from the most basic human perspective.

Completely messed my order up, when I went back inside for missing items I waited another 15 minutes and then was given frozen food, then when I call and tell them it’s frozen I’m told “let it unthaw and eat it”. Never again will I be eating here

Drive-through is terrible it's small and takes forever. No one ever really seems to eat inside. It's not very clean. Staff is friendly enough.

They reached out to me very quickly. They took care of the situation in a very professional manner, and mailed me a gift card. I just gave them another chance and it was much better!

I've been getting food here since 2023, until now. The burrito was literally half the size as usual. The employees are always great, however. What a waste of $.

Website says dining room was open to 10pm. Show up at 9:30 with a pickup and a 16 foot trailer that won’t fit thru the drive thru and just wanted to walk in and get a order to go seeing I would not fit in the drive thru. Walked in and was turned away as the guy told us the dining room was closed…. I said I just want an order to go. And he said go thought the drive thru. So you lost my business and will not get it back! Don’t close your dining room a half an hour early and leave the doors unlocked and then refuse to wait on me!!!
