Why is it that the drive threw is more important than the guess going inside the place you have to wait more than 5 min for someone to take care if you we are spending the same amount of money either is drive threw or inside you should have a team for drive threw and a team for inside customers

I am very disappointed with the service I received today at 6:30 PM at drive-through. There was a young girl and a boy working, and their behavior was extremely rude. If they cannot treat customers with respect, they should reconsider working.

They never have your mobile order out for you to grab and go. Sucks when you're in a hurry to wait in line and you finally get to the cashier and say you have a mobile order - they have it ready, just not out where you can get it without waiting

Screw this place. Stopped at 6:45 in the morning to a locked door and a worker giving me a cold lifeless stare. I had a work truck too big for the drive thru so that wasn’t an option. What coffee places doors aren’t open before 7? Loosing a lot of business if that’s how they’re wanting to run things

HOW RUDE. 100% never coming back. We went thru the drive-thru. My wife emptied a small amount of her old coffee from her travel mug out of the passenger window to make room for her fresh coffee. She didn’t think anything of it but the drive-thru lady gave her a long, cold stare then walked away. She came back to give me my credit card then proceeded to scold us for doing that. Not sure what New York’s health codes are, but I’m thinking escalating to such a level by berating a customer is a tad unnecessary and certainly unprofessional!

This tim Hortons has bad service...doesn't give you what you order...screws you over...don't go there it's a waste of time and just wants you're money. Also messed up on your order...I really won't go there again. Bad people..

Went to this Tims and the young lady behind the counter just stood there looking at me, no can I help you. What would you like. Not a word until I placed my order and told her I was a senior. She said "we dont have a senior discount" I said thats a crime. She just laughed at me. I was in from out of town and wont return to this T.H.

I went in the evening, & bought a large hot Mocha Latte. It tasted good, but not great. Let me say it was most definitely not bad at all either. The Mocha was not very strong, & that's what threw it off. I've had much better one's at the Tim Hortons closer to where I live in City of Batavia. I would obviously be going again. The guy who made it was respectful, & he was also the only one inside. Apparently the other employee thought it was very important to have a cheerful conversation with two other people outside than inside where she works. A 5 star because of the respectfulness that came from the one who made the Mocha Latte, & the next time may also be different.
