We went through the drive thru and my order was right but my husband's was wrong, he wanted Bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin and got sausage! Glad it was his and not mine i hate sausage! Lol

I originally walked inside and stood at the counter while everyone walked by and didnt even acknowledge I was there. I then got in my car and went through the drive thru which was quick but they didnt have any soup available.

Jess the manager was rude same with the lady who took my order , when. Pulled up to get asked they hid name tags cause I wanted names! People don't understand no customer no job no paycheck...be better Tim's Hortons on Lewiston rd!!

Tim Hortons is suppose to serve breakfast items all day when paired with a coffee. This location refuses to sell breakfast after noon for any reason. Horrible customer service, rude employees

Why is it that the drive threw is more important than the guess going inside the place you have to wait more than 5 min for someone to take care if you we are spending the same amount of money either is drive threw or inside you should have a team for drive threw and a team for inside customers

I am very disappointed with the service I received today at 6:30 PM at drive-through. There was a young girl and a boy working, and their behavior was extremely rude. If they cannot treat customers with respect, they should reconsider working.

They never have your mobile order out for you to grab and go. Sucks when you're in a hurry to wait in line and you finally get to the cashier and say you have a mobile order - they have it ready, just not out where you can get it without waiting

Screw this place. Stopped at 6:45 in the morning to a locked door and a worker giving me a cold lifeless stare. I had a work truck too big for the drive thru so that wasn’t an option. What coffee places doors aren’t open before 7? Loosing a lot of business if that’s how they’re wanting to run things

HOW RUDE. 100% never coming back. We went thru the drive-thru. My wife emptied a small amount of her old coffee from her travel mug out of the passenger window to make room for her fresh coffee. She didn’t think anything of it but the drive-thru lady gave her a long, cold stare then walked away. She came back to give me my credit card then proceeded to scold us for doing that. Not sure what New York’s health codes are, but I’m thinking escalating to such a level by berating a customer is a tad unnecessary and certainly unprofessional!
