I went to buy an ice cappuccino and the person was attending, first he gave me a glass of water, I asked her why it was that and she told me that I had ordered it, I answered no, that I had ordered an ice cap and she said this one, he gave me a cup of ice cubes again. .I felt bad and left.

Guy at the drive through window had the dirtiest fingernails and hands I’ve ever seen pass me a coffee. Thats all good if your turning wrenches for a living but your handling peoples food and drinks. No way he’s washing up after the restroom. 🤮
Customer service was pretty good, but this is the most bitter cappuccino I’ve tasted, 2 sip I had to throw it out, get better beans Tim
