Don't order ahead, it won't be ready. You will not be acknowledged, assume wait times of 15 minutes, even if your food is ready waiting on the counter. They'll apologize in a comment but won't fix it. Typical corporate bullshit and lies. Hire them some help!

The best Tim Hortons in the area with the friendliest workers. The manager, I think her name is Jen, is always so friendly when I stop in and is always running around working hard. Very personable with their customers

I do like Tim Hortons Coffee, Donuts and other food items. This particular Tims, though, is not a full scale Tim Hortons. It shares its space with a gas station, it’s basically a drive thru. It does have a counter to order from on the inside also but no seating.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Not sure why I keep coming here- every time they screw up my order. I keep giving them another chance to not suck, but to no avail. I just went in and ordered a butter pecan cold brew, cream only. The guy was extremely confused and kept saying cocoa crunch? I said no- a cold brew with butter pecan flavoring. He said okay, and after saying I wanted a medium multiple times, he still asked what size. Then, when my coffee came out, it was cocoa crunch, not butter pecan. I’ve worked for Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts, so I know it’s not a complicated order, and I’m not sure why he couldn’t grasp it. Literally- just a cold brew with butter pecan and cream. He literally lied to my face and made me the wrong coffee. Not to mention every time I try to redeem my 2,000 points, it never works. I’m going back to Dunks & Starbucks- you guys are awfully incompetent.
