Large clean store
Started off at -5, ended up at +5.
Called ahead to inquire about a specific model TV being in stock. When we arrived the TV model could not be located. The initial employees' response was "so sorry... our computers are wrong..." My response was " you need to make it right" ... when I call ahead and ask if an item is in stock I expect an employee to verify that on the shelf; our family has half a day planned around the purchase and delivery of this television & insisted on escalation to a manager. I don't know who was on the other end of the escalation... but we were offered a same size, better model for the price of the TV that we originally went to purchase.
Thank you Walmart for (eventually) treating our situation with respect and fairness.

Love Walmart. They are my go to when I need to be in and out. Self checkouts need to have more registers open at times.
Walmart in Batavia NY is the absolute worst. Can’t ever find an associate for help, the store is always a mess, hardly any cashiers, and self checkout is a scam. Accidentally didn’t scan 2 $5 items and was made to feel like a criminal even after repeatedly telling the associate I was sorry and I was more than willing to pay for whatever items I accidentally didn’t scan. Maybe the store should hire some cashiers and I wouldn’t have to check out my own items!!

One stop shop ?
The store usually has what we want. It is a clean store. Lots of parking. It offers grocery delivery and pick up too.
I just had a wonderful and extremely helpful experience buying a Roku here as the Batavia Walmart and electronics. The female associate named Adeena was so professional and extremely helpful walked me right through the differences between the devices and gave me a wonderful recommendation which I'm more than happy with. she did a great job being a professional yet helpful associate and highly recommend if anything need an electronics she's the person to help you.

Made a quick stop for a small coffee maker. Was extremely happy with the low price! Of course I ran over for a box of doughnuts...y favorite.

It was fine. I had a return to make and was in and out quickly.
