Always after 9 the Frys are not the greatest cold and not crispy. Waited 20 minutes and only me and one car ahead just to order. Crazy work dont come here after 9:00. And for the speaker person to have an attitude what the hell has this wendys become at night.

Went through the drive thru to get a biggie bag and they forgot my drink and fries aren’t salty. Service was unfriendly, and I went back in to get baconator fries and took way too long and lobby was a mess. Also used a offer for my baconator fries for $1 and charged me $5

So 3 times ive gotten wendys over the last 2 months and its later at night 730 to 830. But idk if the works are night shift or whats going on but they leave stuff out tonight was a whole kids meal and of course they didnt give me my receipt so had to drive back. Long story sort all ways all ways all ways double check to make sure you got all your food because it very annoying having to go back. Also I read a couple other reviews and they're right about the lady at the window she's ether real real tired or somethin else. And it seems its problems with the night shift because a few ive read are all later. So last time gettin wendys for awhile.
Ordered on DoorDash. The order was the wrong size and fries were cold and there was maybe 7-8 fries in the little cup. I was tired from work so I ate it, too exhausted to complain and went to sleep. A few hours later I woke up VIOLENTLY sick, like I’ve never been so sick. Food poisoning. Do not eat here.

We went through the drive thru, and the lady forgot a frosty on our order (which is okay!) but we waited at the drive thru window to let her know, and when she came back 2 minutes later, she was EXTREMELY rude and asked us “what do you want.”
When we explained the situation, she said no words, and then came back with a new frosty, only stating the price and then slamming the window and ignoring us when we asked for a receipt. I never write reviews, I’ve worked in food service before and I get being tired and annoyed, but it was the WORST customer service interaction I’ve had, and I really feel like management did not handle that situation well (her manager was watching the whole thing and didn’t say anything to us or her about the interaction) :( very disappointing, but food was A-okay
