We went through the drive thru, and the lady forgot a frosty on our order (which is okay!) but we waited at the drive thru window to let her know, and when she came back 2 minutes later, she was EXTREMELY rude and asked us “what do you want.”
When we explained the situation, she said no words, and then came back with a new frosty, only stating the price and then slamming the window and ignoring us when we asked for a receipt. I never write reviews, I’ve worked in food service before and I get being tired and annoyed, but it was the WORST customer service interaction I’ve had, and I really feel like management did not handle that situation well (her manager was watching the whole thing and didn’t say anything to us or her about the interaction) :( very disappointing, but food was A-okay

1/23 , 7:40 pm. Sat at the front counter while multiple crew and managers walked past me without taking my order. So unprofessional. I had to go thru the dt to get my order taken and go back in and eat. Embarrassing.
Dirty place. Got sick the last time I ate here recently. Who knows what's in them burgers!! I should have known better when I watched the lady with the crooked eyes stick half her hand in my drink cup when she gave it to me

Honestly one of the worst Wendy’s in the area, i wanted to make a change on a order and the lady yell out through the kitchen. Well thats too damn bad. Lmao what kinda place is this

The chili was excellent, lots of hamburger and beans. The double with everything was very good. The toppings were fresh with plenty of mayo. The young lady who took our order was very polite and considerate.
Kid-friendliness: There were no kids there........ my visit was exceptionally kid friendly.
