The gentleman working this morning is a SAINT. It was busier than I think I’ve ever seen before, and he was by himself. Even though it was hectic and the orders were stacked, my coffee and food came out perfectly. He navigated taking orders, fulfilling them, and communicating with customers beautifully. Endless amounts of praise to him for his hard work and dedication - thank you.
By far the most aggravating Dunkin. They staff one person the majority of the day thus causing insanely long wait times. I feel horrible for the staff. Avoid this place at all cost if you don't have 20 minutes to wait in the drive thru.

Won't take cash. Makes multiple orders nearly impossible because all orders are online, even when you walk in. Asked for assistance and the person sitting at the order counter, said he's on break after he just helped someone else.
