Each time the dough has been severely undercooked, the cheese unmelted under the surface and waterlogged-seeming. Nothing short of disgusting. The last time was so off putting because the toppings were slimy (as in rancid). Never coming here again.

How is this possible? I’m a fan of blaze pizza but this time I’m upset and disappointed, I bought this pizza and my husband picked it up bc I was in the hospital and this was the only thing I wanted to eat when my husband got to the hospital and I was about to eat my pizza it was just a mess, the pizza was all burnt, the ingredients were very messy, and they didn’t slice the pizza, I was very upset and I didn’t eat not even a slice, I love blaze but I’m not going to come back for a while

Amazing blaze pizza! Lovely staff and great quality pizza, I enjoyed every part of my experience with blaze. Except Irfan, he was unprofessional, unhelpful and rude. I honestly turn around and go to Panera bread if I see he is on the line. He constantly messes up my pizzas, gives too little sauce and must be held accountable for the way he treats customers (especially women) but otherwise, lovely establishment.

They say 10-15 minutes to prepare the order. They prepare very slowly. I waited 80 minutes for the order.🙄🙃

Great pizza shop, but I mostly only come in when the rude middle eastern manger isn’t working, I think his name is irfan. If i see him behind the counter, most of the time I walk out, Unlike last night. Irfan is very rude towards customers and his employees. He is very argumentative and has very little care about allergies. And half the time it looks as if he doesnt know what he is doing. Not sure why he was hired, but I know he shouldnt be. All I see him do is burn pizzas, go on his phone, and try to boss the younger employees around because he clearly doest want to work. But I love coming here when Amy is working on the pizza line. Last night she built our pizzas amazingly. She is very respectful and careful when it comes to my family’s allergies, unlike Irfan. And will change her gloves without being asked. Shes very kind towards me and my family. She also knows how to build my pizza perfectly to my taste. She seems like one of the few workers there that actually enjoys what shes doing. Wish I were able to have her build my pizza more often

Jen was very kind she took the place of IRFAN because he was very disrespectful sharp, slamming the pizzas around. He seems to not like his job and has a bad attitude. I feel bad for him. He was making peoples pizzas and cheesy bread before me. Just slapping it together ripping the pizzas. I don’t know what’s wrong with him, but Jen took over and was very pleasant and made sure that we was OK service was overall good but the initial guy needs some coaching.
The fountain drink machine must’ve never been cleaned in its life…. Moldy ice spews out of the machine… extremely disappointing because I love this place but recently has not been hitting the same.

I recently visited Blaze Pizza and had an amazing experience! The pizza was delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfectly crisp crust. The custom options allowed me to create the ideal pizza to suit my taste. The real highlight, though, was the exceptional service provided by the manager, Irfan. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was running smoothly. It's clear he takes pride in his work and values customer satisfaction. I will definitely be coming back for both the great food and the outstanding service. Highly recommend Blaze Pizza!

Pizza is good...if you get it! NEVER AGAIN. We ordered delivery from the BLAZE WEBSITE. In one word. DON'T. The store is useless if there is a problem. They don't tell you they use Uber or Doordash (THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHO THEY USE). After the order was placed, we got a text 'it was on the way - 6 minutes'. A few minutes later we got another text YOUR ORDER WAS CANCELLED. The phone # on the text played a message that the # I am calling from didn't match 'my account' and to go thru the Uber app to reach someone - I DON'T HAVE AN UBER ACCOUNT SO HOW CAN MY # MATCH ANYTHING? Called the store - the less than helpful person that answered first said they never got an order for me. then said it was picked up. When I asked how I get my money back, he said call the 800# on the website. THE WEBSITE DOESN'T HAVE A PHONE # AT ALL. The only way to reach someone is by filling out a stupid 'feedback' form. So now I wait until someone decides to read my feedback form to get resolution? ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Now I am down FIFTY dollars and still have no dinner. what a complete waste of an hour of my time. I'll stick to local pizzeria's who have human beings answer the phone and use a good old fashioned STORE EMPLOYEE to deliver!
