I believe they changed owners. When I got home and looked at my order, I called them back and demanded a refund. My chicken wings were so small and burnt. I can't believe that they packed it up and handed it to me. The egg foo young looked bad and the portion was so small. The owner had to come and give me my money back. Awful. Made me mad just looking at it.

This place has gone downhill significantly. I have ordered from here many times but the last time was the last straw for me. I ordered my usual chicken and broccoli dish and the broccoli tasted like pure chemicals, it was absolutely disgusting, never again!

Absolutely disgusting. I should have listened to my gut and never gone back here. The first time, I caught them putting my food into a container bare-handed like it was no big deal — no gloves, no care for hygiene, nothing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but this time was the last straw.
I found hair in my food. Hair. That is beyond unacceptable. Not only is it unsanitary, but it also proves they don’t take cleanliness seriously in their kitchen. Clearly, they have no respect for their customers’ health or money.
I will never order from here again, and I strongly suggest anyone who cares about basic hygiene or quality does the same. Two strikes is more than enough — Bo Wah has proven they’re careless, sloppy, and completely unprofessional.

Ordered from them many many times. This time I order my usual order and no sweet and sour sauce came with cheese wontons. I call and they tell me I have to specify that I want the sweet and sour sauce. Never had to do this. I speak to owner and he is rude and basically told me too bad!!! Hmmmm I will go somewhere else. It’s basic Chinese food where you can get anywhere. They’re loss. Such a shame oh and also no fortune cookies with any order I’ve made for awhile

I truly hate leaving negative reviews. But I have no choice. This is my second time going to this establishment. The first time I ordered chicken wings that had absolutely no flavor and were tiny and overcooked. Yesterday, I tried to give them another chance. I ordered French Fries and a small General Tsos chicken. First of all how do you screw up French Fries? My French Fries were soggy and old. I'm confused. When I get Chinese food French Fries I am expecting the crinkle fries, the served steak fries and it was nasty. Second the General Tsos chicken was NOT chicken. It was pounded flat and it was rolled up and was completely chewy as it was some kind of old meat but Definitely not chicken. Don't waste your money. This food is disgusting and unless you have no taste buds you will Definitely not enjoy it. Not authentic. I ended up throwing my money in the garbage because this food was too disgusting to eat!!

I recently tried this Chinese takeout, and it was by far the worst experience I've had. The chicken with broccoli was extremely oily and completely tasteless. The chicken wings were minuscule, dry, and overcooked to the point of being inedible. The fries were old and stale, and the pork fried rice was a disaster—oily, dry, and tasted like they scraped the burnt bottom of a rice cooker.
I ended up throwing $68 worth of food straight into the garbage. I strongly advise against ordering from this place. There are much better Chinese takeout options nearby. Do yourself a favor and try one of those instead. I regret giving this place a chance.
