Quick service during lunch time. It's fast food. It's Burger King. One of the cleaner, faster BKa on Long Island. Nice staff. Very well run.

Just got done eating at this terrible establishment. Today is 102 degrees outside, and it felt like the Burger King was even hotter inside. Broken A/C. Nobody should be subjected to that crazy heat, even the employees. The ice cream was soup before I even sat down. The new mozzarella dragon was soggy and not crispy. I had to ask for tje ranch sauce even though it's supposed to be included. Probably was sitting in the trays all day. The lemonade was pleasant. However, they gave me 3/4 of the cup was ice. Ran out very quickly due to it being so incredibly hot indoors. The new burger was decent, and bacon was good. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I will not be back. It's not worth spending money on such a bad experience.

This Burger King and many of the others seem to get the idea that in restaurant seating can be done better than McD s and be a lot more welcoming. If you are a robot and decor, design , etc matter then Burger King isa gold standard but McDs missed the boat.

Once again I went to burger king in Bayshore and they forgot something in my order this time it was french fries not good 4 meals 2 hunny mustard and 1 BBQ sauce

Excellent customer service. I was in the drive through and forgot to let the employee know a change to my order, however I quickly called the store and an employee said no problem they will make the change. Everytime I visit this location, they always give excellent service with smile, the food is also always hot and delicious.

Gave me a cup that just started leaking soda all up in my cup holder. Ridiculous. How do you not notice that the cup is leaking. Trash ahh burger king fr bro. Dont really care for a refund as 2-4 bucks doesnt even matter but maybe dont give your customers a cup if it has a little hole or leakage
