Just went into chilis to pick up some chips and salsa because they are my favorite chips and salsa!!! And the girl working the takeout was one of the nicest people I’ve met working in a restaurant in a very long time she was overly friendly and just wonderful!!!

We went for dinner. We asked about drink specials before ordering dinner and our waiter told us we could only get that if we ordered at the bar. What! He repeated it again. I’m still in shock. Service was slow and when the bill came we were not charged correctly. That was even after the waiter asked us about one of the meals we ordered as he wanted to confirm . Again what. So they had to adjust our bill again. I can say I doubt we will come here again. The Chilis in Farmingdale certainly outshines this locaction by far and we only came here tonight as we were meeting a family member and it was close to their house. Never again.

Was there on the 08-03-25 my guess and were wondering about our waitress she seem new made some mistakes, like spilling one of my guess drink and completely forgetting my daughter's fried mozzarella sticks because I also ordered take away and is only when I had reached home and my daughter was looking for it then I realized it wasn't in the order,other than that the flamingo breeze cocktails are a must 💯

Pleasantly surprised. Food has significantly improved since I been there years ago. Cheap and tasty margaritas and the food is full of flavor. Staff is attentive and environment is light. I went there with the fam and had a nice time. Also, food came out fast and they have military discount!

My waitress was great! She was attentive and she really helped me on what to order. Also, when our drinks were almost finished she was right on top of it! My waitress Micaela is awesome!! You should ask for her. I promise she wont let you down.
While the effort is appreciated, the execution at Chilis on the recent visit left much to be desired. Expectations for chilis were high, but the reality of the experience fell far short . My party of 3 and I got there at 10pm and didn’t get seated until 10:20 pm . Workers would walk to the front see us standing at the host podium and they would walk away from the area . As we were walking out TOM I believe a manager came up to us with a nasty attitude and said we still had 30 minutes before closing to order and walked us to our booth and threw the menus on the table and walked away . My party and I felt uncomfortable and very nervous at an establishment I’ve been going to my entire life . Such a horrible experience and I thought it was better than any other chilis I’ve gone to before . Won’t recommend to anyone else moving forward. Do better for the future customers very unpleasant situation don’t make paying customers uncomfortable for deciding to want a late snack . Not even AppleBees treats customers like that .

After a disappointing experience at another restaurant earlier in the evening, we decided to stop at Chili’s in Bayshore—and I’m so glad we did.
Our server, Leanne, was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The entire team worked together smoothly. My soup came out hot and fresh, and my steak (ordered medium) was cooked to perfection. The loaded mashed potatoes were hearty and flavorful, and the broccoli was crisp and well-prepared. We ended the night with a molten lava Bundt cake that hit the spot. Honestly, I found myself wishing we had chosen Chili’s as our first stop that evening.
Then came the cherry on top: the next day (Saturday, July 5th), my boyfriend realized he had left his wallet behind. We returned around lunchtime, and to our relief, the staff had it. The manager had kept it safe overnight and only asked to verify his name with the ID inside before returning it. Not a single dollar was missing. That level of honesty and professionalism is rare and truly appreciated.
We’ve had consistently great experiences at this location, but this visit went above and beyond. From quality food to outstanding service and integrity. Chili’s in Bayshore is a solid five stars.

The service was impeccable. They listened to seating request and had us seated almost instantly. Our server heard part of our order that showed us how to get more for our money and how to actually save money. The drinks and food came out so much faster than I could've ever expected. And when we received the check, we were shocked at how little the price was! 2 drinks with refills, a salad and chips w salsa and 2 smash burgers with fries for only $23. We will definitely return more often!!!!
