i have been coming to this chipotle for years. the workers will often be extremely skimpy with the food (mainly rice and cheese in my experience), and i will be met with dirty looks when i ask for a bit more. i have recently been coming with my boyfriend, and every SINGLE time they visibly give him more food than me. i’m talking rice, MEAT, and toppings. tonight when we went they gave him almost double the amount of meat, and my steak had ZERO seasoning. it was so gross. this establishment needs serious improvement.

I can eat chipotle once a week for the rest of my life. Their food is the best. This is the chipotle by my house. They are always very friendly staff. The food is always good quality and consistency is always fantastic. This is a great chipotle.

The worst Chipotle in the island, today 5/15/25 at 5 pm there was this young lady and the cashier a young kid, but with bad manners, they don’t know how to treat costumers. They think that they own the place, it was just the guy serving the salads and the complements of the bowl that treated us with all the respect, but the other 2 guys was the worse. I’m never gonna visit that place again.

Food is nasty at this location. Meat never tastes right. The staff is trash and orders always have hot sauce in it when it’s not ordered and it’s usually spilled out all over the inside of the bag. I will not be wasting money on chipotle anymore!
Let it be known that the manager that looks like a teenage girl is the most unhelpful attitude person that I’ve ever seen in the restaurant business and I have no idea how she got that job. She didn’t even try to help or find out what the problem is or try to compensate me she just got mad and left in a angry state. Even the employees and customers looked In disbelief at her.
The line prep doesn’t speak a lick of English. They never have ingredients.

Food was horrible theirs no reason why the rice is hard as if it wasn’t cook i use to love chipotle but im good off them now i do not recommend got my usual bowl and for it to taste like that is crazy…The rice was just as crunchy as the chips smh.

I love coming here, but all it takes is ONE bad experience to really leave a sour taste. I got a veggie bowl, NO protein, and the lady skimped out on the three toppings i get. My bowl is sooooooo basic to begin with, and then u put two pieces of lettuce and a little bit of corn -_- What am i paying for?
