Honestly it’s everytime I go in it’s just bad. Never have rice. Don’t even bother telling them to put more rice they will give you an attitude. Just avoid this location honestly not worth it.

My band played a show there small place but great staff,fun and good night out . There is plenty to do there video games,jukebox and drink specials . Bands play all the time

They always are out of one type of rice, beans, or meat. Food is ok, and the people behind the counter are chill, but man I haven’t heard that many racial slurs since high school ?? Go to the one in Deer Park instead !

The worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. Came in for a bowl and when I asked for white rice (which they ran out of) he automatically gave me brown, the worker was nothing but rude towards us when we asked how long till new rice would be made he threw his hands up and shrugged. With service industry experience myself this is Completely unacceptable manners. They then proceeded to give me the wrong bowl during checkout which I had to correct them for and didn’t give the side of sour cream I had ordered so I went back and asked for it they gave it to me with sour cream all down the sides. Very unpleasant experience

I told myself I’m going to stop eating chipotle in general because of the disgusting bacteria that’s always being found in their food but today it actually blew my mind. I went into the bay shore chipotle where they were blasting rap music first of all…. I knew it was going to go down hill from there but THEN had to wait a 15 minute line for them to tell me “oh no more white rice.” ….. You’re telling me CHIPOTLE has no more rice? Or are you telling me that you’re a bunch of lazy people working behind a counter blasting rap music and being on your phones instead of pleasing your customers. Billion dollar company with horrible service.
Awful customer service. Staff who don't work get slack while the hard working staff get bothered. Line staff are attitudey and Grill staff don't work.

The food was delicious. The preparation stations were clean. I walked out of a chippotle store in Lawrence because the prep station looked like it was a food fight. Sunrise store was clean with friendly service ?

It was absolutely horrible!!! The chicken was so spicy!!! Couldn't enjoy my meal. Tried calling the establishment, of course you get a answering center in the Philippines. Never will I eat there again!!

So I usually don't give bad reviews it taste like they gave me old food and I also had a bruitto bowl and the rice was hard and it was RICE BALLS and they gave me LESS then u would get when ur over there like half of a scoop a lil bit of everything it sucked I spend like 40 $ on Doordarsh I would expect my food to at least be enjoyable to be honest this just ruined my day
