If you love BBQ and see the Cross Roads Que truck. It's a winner. We had burnt ends, slaw and brisket. So good. The guys are so nice and prices are good.

Succulent ribs smoked to the bone. So tender and delicious I had to order a second plate because my friends ate all of mine. Ive frequented some of the trendiest bbq places in SF and BK and these ribs are honestly better, you can taste the love. Generous portions too!

Tried these guys at the Islip Apple Festival, and it was killer. The brisket was tender and delicious, and they had a special burnt-ends pork belly which was truly spectacular. Also, they had a really unique mustard based bbq sauce which was so good, I wanted to drink it straight up.

Decided to use Crossroads Que for office lunch and I was extremely happy I did. Everyone very much enjoyed all the great food and sides! People came back to rave about the food and of course for seconds. Lunch was a hit!

Best BBQ I've had and will be coming back again and again. Everything on the menu is turned up to 11 in ways you didn't even think were possible. I took a bite of their cornbread and it was soft and moist with the flavors you would expect from cornbread, but with just enough real butter to give it that comforting decadence you'd only get from home cooking.
As for the meats, they were perfectly cooked to be soft but still have enough chew so you didn't feel like you were eating baby food. The rub they put on their bbq has a great aromatic kick that lets you know its there, but not in an obnoxious way and it never overstays its welcome.

I can’t say enough great things about the experience we had with Crossroads Que! From the menu to communicating with me quickly to the quality of taste of the food! They catered my daughter’s engagement party and all of the guests were ranting and racing over the food! The ribs were amazing! And I forgot to put out the bbq sauce - they didn’t even need it! We got the potato salad and roasted potatoes and they were out of this world! And the corn bread - to die for! We will definitely be using them again for our next event!! Thanks, Kevin and Jesse. If you find yourself somewhere where Crossroads Que is you must try. The pulled pork is perfection along with all the bbq sauces on the side. Definitely ask for the banana pudding flavors of the day, the Oreo is to die for.
