Just had Crossroads cater our daughter's first birthday and it was fantastic. This is the second time we've had their bbq. The ribs and brisket are phenomenal. The pulled pork, mac n cheese and corn bread were a hit among all but especially the toddlers. Their baked beans are hands down the best I've ever had. We also got the wings and coleslaw. Buns, sauces and pickles made it so everyone could customize their plates. The team delivered everything warm half an hour before the party started. Overall great experience from start to finish!

The boys catered our twin girls First birthday. We had about 90 guests and there was plenty of food, we requested the smoker and it was such a big hit with all our guests! The boys did a great setup and catered to all, and packed up whatever was leftover for us. Truly great service and awesome hospitality! Will absolutely use them again for other events and my husband alwayssss picks up food for holidays or whenever we’re in the mood for BBQ. Thank you for being a part our girls celebration.

All I can say is WOW. Truly!! We got catering for our son’s birthday and it was absolutely incredible! The burnt endz, brisket and pulled pork were so so so delicious. I am genuinely upset that we dont have any leftovers left! All of our guests loved everything as well. Kevin and Jesse were wonderful and everything arrived right on time!! If you’re looking for real-deal Texas BBQ, this truck absolutely delivers. The ribs were hands down some of the best I’ve ever had — perfectly smoked, tender, and packed with that deep, rich flavor you only get from doing it the right way. The meat pulled clean off the bone without falling apart.
The dry rub complemented the smoke without overpowering it, and you can tell they care about quality and consistency. Friendly service, generous portions, and that authentic Texas BBQ aroma that hits you before you even order.
If you love great ribs, this spot is a must. I’ll definitely following where this truck goes and be back for more.

From start to finish, the experience was seamless. They arrived on time, set everything up, served the food, and even provided all paper goods and serving ware. When the party was over, they packed up all the leftovers and neatly stored them in our fridge, which was such an appreciated touch.
