I stopped by this Dunkin’ and was really impressed. The coffee was fresh, the staff were friendly, and the service was quick. The apple pie was delicious, and the whole place was very clean. Overall, a great Dunkin’ experience.

terrible lady that works there. shes some older lady and was incredibly rude. she mistook my order and when i noticed she said i was wrong and thats not what i ordered when I ALWAYS get the same thing. she also made me pay again when it was her mistake and only reason i paid and didnt crash out on this lady was because i had my niece with me. never coming again stop hiring people who have attitudes and dont know how to work in customer service

I always order in the afternoon around 4 I love that shift they always make my drink perfect but this morning was the worst I never order in the morning but today i wanted to. the younger girl was nice just the older lady she was very rude made my drink taste like just water and coffee and not just that everything was spilling out my drink and I was trying to call her to just wipe it off but no she just went to the other side. I understand some time people have bad days but it’s not for someone else to pay for her attitude.

They stole my money i made an order this morning and when I went to look for it the girl didn't even give me the order and much less the money although I asked her that for reasons of time I couldn't expect them to prepare it for me for that reason Starbucks is better I have this dunkin very close to my house but I don't consume there again

Terrible, never get my order right. Need some new employees. What o ordered is clear as day on the sticker on the coffee cup but he coffee was nothing of what I ordered. Oh and they gave me the wrong bagel bites. Do better
