Went in and asked for a iced latte and last was awfully rude her name was Romana and gave me a hot latte and when i said i didn’t order this gave me a horrible review i’ve been going to that dunkin for a while and they should really pick better
I love all the products from all the Donkin'... but in that store I had a bad experience, a woman who looked Hispanic told me that she didn't understand what I was asking, very rude. And then a boy who was in the kitchen came to take my order and she left laughing with the others in the kitchen. That looked very bad because everything could be heard. They have to train people with "customer service" to know what that is!!!!!!!!! I was an everyday customer until that happened I no longer came to that place....... I visit others but never there again oh and it also takes them forever to get the customers out... even in that I had endured... but it's disrespectful to be laughed at, nooooooooo?

Dont waste your time coming here for "coffee".I ordered a Machiatto and these people gave me large cup full of milk topped off with iced coffee. Just go to 711, it's up the block.
