I used the restroom and had to stomp on 3 live cockroaches running across the floor. I can imagine what’s in the food area! Never again. Place is gross and uninviting overall. Just looks grimy. Never again.

This dunking donuts is the WORSE!!! They got a bunch of kids or family members making drinks and if by some miracle they make your drink the right away you need to go and play the lotto. And if you go back to return the drink prepare for a stare down like they wanna fight you. I’m never gonna go back there until they fire the entire staff. Oh n if you want a donut or a bagel it’s customary to let the flies bless it before you eat it.

This Dunkin location is just simply terrible! It doesn’t matter the time of day you go. Whether it’s busy or only you in there, prepare to wait an extended time for your order! I had to finally leave a review because I’m over it and others should know to! If you plan on placing a mobile order here, be sure to give them about 20-30minutes to actually get to your order. Pray that your drink is actually what you ordered and not some bland watered down version of the drink and missing it’s the quality. But this is not my first time dealing with this ridiculous wait time, this has happened to me every single time. Also, just like today, they always forget to do part of the order and then stare at me after I’ve remained standing at the to-go area waiting for another 5-10minutes, to ask if I’m waiting for something? I have to remind them that yes, I am indeed waiting on the other part of my order that you forgot! It’s not hard, it’s 6 donuts…you finally managed to make the drinks but forgot to pack the donuts that take less than a minute. People come here to grab and go, not wait their whole lunch break for one drink and a donut. You can see the atmosphere the moment you step into this location of customers always annoyed at the wait time and not getting what they order. The staff is ill-trained and cannot, and I repeat, CANNOT, MULTITASK!!! They need better training or new/more employees need to be brought onboard. This location used to be good, I guess owners changed, or something, and it went down into the dumps! Ask anyone that has been to this location over the years and they would tell you the exact same thing of the HUGE difference from the past workers and management, to the current employees.

Dunkin' Donuts ? speaks for itself. Don't expect to have healthy eating but do expect to have an enjoyable eating. I never ate their breakfast products aside from the bagels, but the donuts ? are absolutely delicious ?. ?????

Went in to get a bagel twist with cream cheese. At first they told me they can not put the cream cheese inside the bagel twist so I requested it on the side which they forgot to give me when getting my order . I let them know they forgot to give me the side of cream cheese they told me they didn’t charge it so I asked them for a side of cream cheese which they then tried to charge me $2 for just a side of cream cheese. Lack of customer service in this location they should really go through another training to better assist future customers.
