We really enjoyed our time at this wonderful reesataurant right on the Great South Bay. We had appetizers, drinks (martini/beer) main dinner (Lobster, Branzino, Lobster Bisque, Shrimp) and dessert . The food was outstanding, the location was outstanding, and our waitress/server - Kathy - was superior! This was our first time here (myself, my wife, and my adult son who was in town) - and we highly recommend Fatfish and will return again!

We've eaten at Fat Fish many times but this was the first time we utilized the new reservation option. So delighted knowing our table was waiting and ready for us when we arrived. Seated outside directly over the water. Ordered the beef carpaccio and mushroom gnocchi to start. Then the tuna (rare) and the open ravioli for entrees. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. Key lime pie for dessert was a special summer treat. Will return again using the reservation option on Open Table.

Cool rainy night. My husband was parking the car. I was inside with the other couple of our foursome Restaurant at the time was empty but the receptionist would not seat 3 80 -year - olds till the 4 th person( my spouse) came in . Ridiculous!!!

Great meal and experieince! Cathy and Amani took amazing care of us, and there were 4 adults and a 1-year old. The food was great and the atmosphere was amazing, but all said that the service was the best we've had in a very long time anywhere.

We had the best ceviche I have ever eaten and mussels with chorizo to start. He ordered Paella. It was delicious, full of seafood and a huge portion. I had scallops with saffron orzo. So good. Extra points for delicious bread and great olives. Extra, extra points for great service and a beautiful view. We were there on a Monday night about 5:30. If I had to pick one negative it was that our waitress seemed to be trying to rush us but as soon as I told her we were ordering apps and going to take our time deciding on an entree she was awesome. Can't wait to go back.

We could not have picked a better day to dine at Fat Fish as the weather was perfect for outdoor seating. The food, especially Branzino, was delicious. Our waitress, Nicki, was great as was the rest of the staff. I look forward to returning!

View and breeze were great. Service was slow and we were seated about 20 minutes past time of our reservation as "they just needed to clear the table." Service was also slow. Food was ok but not great. Band was unnecessarily loud. We were there on a Sunday early pm. We will return but won't rush back.

The food was perfect and the service was exceptional. It's one of our favorite places to go. Being on the water and dining al fresco is the ultimate experience.
Too noisey. This made it difficult to enjoy a conversation with my partner. I found this very disappointing. We were looking forward to a nice evening together.

Water and view was fantastic. The octopus appetizer did not have enough seasoning but texture was soft, tender, The portions could be bigger for dinner. Lastly, the crème brûlée was not firm in the center, it was liquidy

Setting was beautiful and the service was outstanding. The food was subpar though. They cut a scallop in half and spread it out on my plate to look like 2. We have been there twice. Probably won't go back.

Fatfish has nice views and a fine ambience. The food leaves a bit to be desired. Fried calamari was way too deeply fried and some of the worst I have had. They were also out of the two most popular fish dishes on the menu. Manager was very nice and tried to accommodate us, but I would not go back.
