After a few days I called again to place an order and they never answered. I think they take complaints to staff, they don't like complaints. But at the same time it should be noted that their food is good. But very bad customer service.

This place is horrible. They are rude and unprofessional. You place an order with these crooks and they take the money out of your account . You wait a half an hour for your food to come . They then call you back to state that they don’t deliver to Islip because it far from them. Your restaurant is in Bayshore. This is ridiculous!!!!! You don’t take a customers order take their money have them wait and then say it too far to deliver too even after they came to deliver to you twice already plus gave a tip!!!! Bad Business don’t order from these Crooks!!!!!!

RUDE STAFF! When placing the order on the phone the girl had a strong accent and misheard the total. I gave the delivery man cash and he came back banging on the door. When I opened it he started shouting at me saying to look at the bill and that I was short. I asked if he takes card (I would have needed to go back to my apartment to get more cash). He just said never mind very rudely and walked away… I would have been happy to pay what I owed, but he was extremely rude and aggressive.

OMG I live right around the corner this used to be my go to every Friday night but lately there food is going down the drain with all there prices going up you think that the food quality is great I just ordered sweet and sour shrimp last night got home and it was not only oily but hard and burnt what do you think I work very hard everyday now that you turn your head you pick up the prices and serve food like this sorry over 20 years I been your go to now I will travel to another town and spend my hard earned money somewhere else never again Bayshore this place sucks
