This green is hdden behind the building, so don't be distracted by South Bay if that each you goal. It's quiet inside with a huge yard for games. Didn't have proper flight set ups, but that's minor.
Good variety of different beers that actually taste good. The bartender Brian is great
Theres a comfortable indoor seating area with pool and darts. There’s an outdoor seating area out back. There’s a second brewery attached on the front side. Wish they allowed outside food because there’s a great taco stand right next door. Beers were decent. Service was great. Plenty of parking.
If you haven't been to Ghost brewery, you haven't been to a brewery. The beer?.....incredible!!!!
The crew?....fabulous!
The bar?....awesome! Comfy sofas, darts, pool, games.
The outside patio is stupendous!
I always love a 2 for 1 stop! Behind Great South Bay is Ghost Brewing Company. This brewery seeks to create "ethereal inspired beverages for the discerning palate, without apologies." After sampling a few beers, we understand what they're going for.
Our favorite beer was a delicious pour of "Lady in Red." This sour ale has loads of black cherry, vanilla and strawberry flavor. If Lady in Red is kicked by your visit, I'm sure you will find something just as tasty. I don't think you can go wrong with a beer from Ghost.
Be sure to budget your time (and stomach)! Great South Bay is also a good stop before or after a trip to Ghost.
This place is very cool. Tucked in the back of the Great South Bay brewery. It's attached but separate. They have their own stuff. You can get food from GSB brewery and bring it in the back too. Awesome people and awesome place. We used our Habitat for Humanity card for both! Tell 'em Barsnobs sent ya!

Always on point. My ONLY gripe (please don't be mad) are the flight holders. They wobble, aren't labeled, and I wind up spilling stuff. I'll give you $5 (because I'm slightly broke) to change the flight holders. A coffin-shaped one would be awesome!
Great beer and relaxing environment. Also dog friendly place.

I had the pleasure of visiting Ghost Brewing Co in Bay Shore, NY, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the cozy yet lively atmosphere. The decor perfectly captures the essence of the brewery's name, with subtle nods to the supernatural scattered throughout. It's a place where you can unwind and enjoy some fantastic brews with friends or family.Speaking of brews, Ghost Brewing Co truly excels in crafting unique and delicious beers. Whether you're a fan of hoppy IPAs, rich stouts, or crisp lagers, they have something to satisfy every palate. I particularly enjoyed their Cloud Rider, which had a perfect balance of flavors and left me craving more. But what truly sets Ghost Brewing Co apart is their exceptional service. The staff members are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their craft. They're always willing to recommend a new beer or engage in conversation about brewing techniques, making every visit feel like a personalized experience.Overall, I can't recommend Ghost Brewing Co enough. Whether you're a seasoned craft beer enthusiast or just looking for a fun night out, this brewery is a must-visit destination in Bay Shore. I'll definitely be returning soon to explore more of their hauntingly good brews!Cheers,Dennis
