Just went for a simple water and a red bull employee said the water was $1 and red bull $3. I handed $1 first for the water and then $3 for the red bull and employee said i didn’t and did not give me the water!!! A simple $1 i see by the reviews this location has horrible customer service, employees can’t remember or can’t do math !!!

No prices listed, no receipts given. A kid cone with sprinkles and a small 1 scoop cone with sprinkles which was so tiny that it didn't sit above the cone (it sank inside it) was $14.88. They are crazy. Definitely not going back.

Sprayed a sample on my wrist at the Herald Square NYC Sephora And was then treated like I stole perfume from Sephora!! Even though I'm a Rouge Beauty Insider with Sephora I was treated like a criminal for spraying a sample of perfume on my wrists! Wow, Sephora, take a lesson from Starbucks and retrain your employees before I ever shop with you again! I'll go to Maceys

I had a great experience at this Haagen Dazs shop. There is an older man that works there and he really does a great job serving customers. I wasn't sure what i wanted and he was helpful in recommending a flavor....very professional. I recommend going there.
