Best Cajun seafood in Long Island best service . Definitely recommend our server Ivan was the best

The first 3 drink choices of wine and Rose' they did not have (it's only 3pm) and the bathrooms were filthy. Our waitress Angelique was amazing and attentive. The Manager wanted no parts of being there. Not a people person. Don't think I will be back.

This place deserves 0 stars I can’t even believe how horrible the food and service was with all these good reviews.. absolutely no flavor in sauce, gingerale tasted like sink water, kids chicken tenders were red and bloody on inside, and red sangria tasted like water down cheap wine.. on top of everything the place wasn’t even busy and server was non existent.. the amount of times I had to walk to the front for help,someone I do believe who was the manager or owner did come over (we did not request for them to we just wanted to pay and get out but sever was MiA) when I told him sauce was watery he said that was bc I ordered a watery sauce, basically looked at me like I was the crazy one .. McDonald’s is a 5 star restaurant compared to this place .. do not recommend

We had to actually drive to get take out, Grub Hub said closed. Then called and asked are you open and explained, the person said use the app. Tried the app, didn't work as well.When we ate the food wasn't even close to Cajun, below good to say the least.The appetizer was put in your mouth and spit out.Only the sauce was above average.

We really liked our meal, but for a Friday night and as a restaurant on the Mall in December it was really quite empty.Food was very good, they had a crab legs and shrimp special which was what we were going to order anyone so it was a good value to boot.I hope they can stay open longer.

Delicious and we had so much fresh seafood we brought it home and had it for dinner again the next night.

The food was delicious, the servers very kind and friendly. The place is very neat , clean and pleasant to be in .

My wife took us out to eat at Hook and Reel. Food was great, price was reasonable compared to other Seafood restaurants. Servers worked hard to get our orders right. I recommend The Shrimp mini boil. Price is right and delish

Never will I eat here again . I asked for the sauce on the side and they gave it to me directly on the food. The food was way to spicy so I asked for a new order . They basically rinsed off the food over cooking it and gave it back to me with food that was chewed on. The waiter stated that’s how they do it and had the audacity to have a attitude when he made the mistake in the first place. I didn’t want to try again so I just opted out of paying. So disappointed in the level of service at this location.

Great seafood and seasoned to your spice level.

Been there 3 times since they opened. Every time I've been I've had a great experience. Good is really good. Well I've only got one selection but switched up the flavors. Oh yeah, can't forget the oysters... absolute must. Staff was very friendly and my food came out expeditiously. Granted it was in the middle of the week, nonetheless, order was prompt. And the prices aren't that bad. I'll continue to go back again and again.

We have never been disappointed with the food! We order for delivery and the food is always hot and fresh! Better than some seafood places in the area. The Lobster Bisque is the best! You won’t be disappointed

Great food and customer service! Kyle was our server. It was a busy day but he still managed to provide us an excellent customer service. He was taking orders, serving food, bartending, and cleaning tables at the same time. Great asset for the restaurant.

The food is really delicious. I purchased the Flounder basket and hush puppies 5/13/2022 for take out. I was enjoying my food when I bit into a hush puppy and it was full of hair. I actually threw up. Tossed the whole order out. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager on dut. His name was Eric, he was very nice. But I’m done with this place. Your cooks and Chefs should be wearing hair nets.
