Today, while visiting this mall, which is only 3 minutes from my daughter's house, we were finishing up our Christmas shopping and decided to have breakfast at the IHOP in the Bayshore mall. The service was excellent, the staff who served us were very friendly, the food was delicious, and I enjoyed the best company: my daughter and my grandchildren. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed it very much. Thank you, guys, for the great service

Terrible not sure why each IHOP has different quality taste but the pancake batter was completely pasty. It wasn't just my dish it was my whole family's pancakes. Super disappointing and a big wast, super overpriced for not keeping consistency. The one in Medford is great. I wish corporate would crack down on lacking establishments. It's not the first time Bayshore had problems the quality of the pancakes. I certainly never will try Bayshore again not worth the risk but Medford location is still going strong.

The server was attentative. He even recommended the $7 meals. There are plenty of parking spaces, as the restaurant is in the mall, with an outside entrance. I recommend IHOP.

I decided to treat myself to pancakes today and stopped by a place I’ve visited plenty of times before. The restaurant was completely empty when I walked in. But this time? Not one person greeted me.
I stood there for over 5 minutes with zero acknowledgment. The waitresses were sitting near the bathroom, clearly saw me, and still didn’t say a single word, not even “Hi,” “Be right with you,” or “Can I get you something to drink?”
After that kind of service (or lack of it), I just walked out. Really disappointing experience at a place I used to enjoy.
