Best pancakes in Long Island. Our server Patricia A. was wonderful, witty. Professional. I just didn’t like their tip payment scheme. When I wanted to customise tip option it automatically put over 25% without a prompt to press yes or no. Server says there is no way they can go back to previous option but accept the tip as it’s indicated. I said there is no such thing as impossible. I told I would call my credit card company then it was taken care of immediately. I paid my food with credit but tipped in cash. Another way of scheming the tip you don’t agree. Otherwise pancakes were exceptional and our waitress was wonderful.

Arrive to the place past 7:00 AM, and wasn't even open, I won't be commenting on the food since, after I waited for 10 minutes and realize the employees staring at us will just keep lookingat us, had no intention to serve us breakfast. I thought maybe they changed their hours but the service hours listed on this app, and the sticker printed at the door, indicated that at least on a regular basis they do open at 7:00.... just not today.

Honestly not a bad place but this isn’t my cup of tea. I didn’t like that the syrup bottles were all sticky, and I had to wait. Service was slow but courteous. Won’t be going back here.

I went with my family today total 5 of us had to wait a bit even though tables available there was 2 waiting on 3 one I finally ask to be sitted while we wait they had our table but wanted us to wait even though no one was waiting behind us finally they sat the two of us I ask to have coffee while we wait for the other party the waitress said no not until the other 3 people come I found that unacceptable I ask to speak to the manager and she said no not until the other 3 people come in unacceptable finally the other 3 people came we were going to leave because of the very poor service while the waitresses and waiters were standing around on there cell phones finally we ordered my brothers food was cold and other issues they gave him a credit he wanted he's food not a credit at the end of this lengthy post someone from the management should do a spot check in this restaurant we will now go to the motor pkwy ihop in brentwood where there courtesy is remarkable very disappointed in Bayshore

If you want to take a break from some struggles and stress, just go to IHOP. The atmosphere there will make you feeling refreshed.

100% what you expect
Food was fire and it came out pretty fast. Always a good deal. Service was a tad slow but understandable since they’re slaying at other tasks.
