Good Day all,
Well my review is one I was contemplating on writing for several days now. I have visited what is the new location for Kismet several times. I have ordered several items Bakery, Breakfast and Coffee. I was not impressed with the quality of the food or the service. I cant say which I was the most disappointed in. I have never experienced such a unwelcoming and standoffish experience anywhere in my local travels as I have here. I notice that it’s almost only friendly to select groups . I waited for items I ordered to arrive at my table that never showed . Until I went to cashier to ask about my order status. I even watched others arrive after me order more than me have food on the table before me. Completely ignored today as I waited for a server to come to the Table and take my order today was my last attempt to support this Local Business. Not that they really care I’m guessing anyway they appear to have a certain base they are looking to cater to. Either way try for yourself it might be for you or it might not .

we loved Kismet before but their new space is even better! The extended food menu and larger space are terrific! The staff is also so kind and welcoming. We had the breakfast sandwich and breakfast burrito and both were very tasty! Can’t wait to come back and try lunch! Definitely recommend stopping by for breakfast or coffee!

YUMMMM! Stopped in for the first time today after hearing about how good Kismet is. We got the Honey Comb iced latte and the Coconut Cocoa iced latte and they were both so good. After looking at the breakfast menu we knew we had to get food too because everything sounded amazing. We got the breakfast burrito & the breakfast sandwich. Both were delicious but the breakfast burrito was out of this world. Seriously one of the best I've ever had. They put melted/toasted cheese on top of it that just takes it to another level. We also got the Crem Bruleed Cornbread and that was AMAZING. Their lunch menu looked delicious too so we will be back to try it all!!!

Searched all around for a shop that would do pour overs to find that this was the only one. I drove out of my way because that was what i wanted. When I walked in and ordered one I was met with “we don’t really do those here… like I get it’s on the menu but no one orders them so we don’t do them”. I ordered a small black coffee and a croissant sandwich. They pulled the sandwich out of the freezer and slapped it on a panini press, it was what you might expect. Soggy crushed croissant, floppy slimy bacon, and rubbery egg. Coffee was decent but not good enough to male up for the whole experience.

Easy to see right off of Main Street servicing Bay Shore and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Clean facilities. Nice staff. Daily specials. Honeycomb Latte over ice 🧊 is the Star ⭐️. A very small store with limited seating. The Original Location is near the beach in Kismet. Many coffee shops in this area. Give this place a try. We will most likely be going back.

Hard to say on all of it. I walked out. Coffee house where the employees dont seem tk know about the coffee they have. I asked about pour over, k asked if they had any natural process coffees. Basically low energy and untrained staff. Didn't even want to try the coffee after the interaction which was brief.
They're not rude, just dont know about the coffee. I expected more for a coffee house, I guess.

Best tasting quality coffee in the area in my opinion. I particularly love their hot honeycomb latte with almond milk half sweet. For my taste buds and my likings it is definitely worth the $8+ price. Ugh it is steep for coffee, but it’s sooo good. You also get a free coffee after seven punches on their punchcard.

This place is so cute! But small, they're moving soon in September! Excited to see their new location! I got a iced matcha latte it was $5 plus $1 for oat milk. It was a bit bland for me, so I asked for more simple syrup after I tasted it. Was nice.
Best coffee shop around! Cool vibe, great coffee, friendly staff! Always playing good music

Kismet Coffee Company is an absolute gem in Bay Shore. The boutique atmosphere is warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed — it feels like a hidden escape from the daily rush. The staff is genuinely friendly and makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. But the real standout is the coffee: rich, smooth, and absolutely delicious. You can tell they care about every detail, from the beans they use to how it’s brewed and served. Whether you’re a casual coffee drinker or a full-blown aficionado, this place is a must-visit.
