Not impressed with the tacos. Too wet and greasy or too dry and boring depending on which you had. Expensive and a long wait…there’s lots of faster less expensive other options with tastier food

If you plan to use their online order, DONT. I just placed an order for pick up. I go to pick up my order, they said they never received my order and yet I’m showing her KTO withdrawal on my bank account and yet they refused to give me my order. Now I’m here on the phone trying to dispute the transaction to get my money back.

Decided to try this place and so glad I did. The food is amazing. Honestly I don’t think anything here could be bad. Definitely worth a try and will definitely become a regular here.

I have been going to this place for quite a while and I am usually very pleased with the food. This time, however, the food was not as good as the last time that I bought it. The meat pupusas barely had any meat or cheese, and there was a lot of masa. The beans pupusas were dry and had no cheese. I was very disappointed and I don't think I will go back there again.

Been ordering from this place for years but this is my first review. Every one of my orders from KTO Cuisine is made fast and is always delicious. Never disappointed with the service and pick up by phone is a quick process as well. 12/10 I couldn't recommend KTO Cuisine more.
