Went at 11AM on a Sunday. The parking lot was a puzzle of cars trying to get in and out and just parking anywhere they could. There was a minimal line inside. We had the steak, the chicken and the Cuban sandwiches. They were all AMAZING. The chicken and the Cuban melted my fat heart. I then ordered some to go for later on, since I live in Queens. I hope I'm out by this area again so I can order it again. Cash only, and don't look for cleanliness, just order...
I originally moved here from Queens Ny, and it took me awhile to adapt to my new environment. Going to La Cubanita Deli the other day for its hot sandwiches with jalapeño peppers was exactly what I needed to bring my spirits right up.
If you want the ideal experience for Spanish deli's, THIS IS IT! Without a doubt they make some of the best chicken sandwiches money can buy in this entire area. The food is always made directly in front of you, the staff is really helpful and supportive, and the prices for the items are great. Come by here if you want quality food, a nice atmosphere and something near the school.
