Well I ordered the McDonaldland Quarter Pounder Meal with a large shake and fries it came around $19.89 At this franchise it's pretty expensive McDonald's prices have been increasing it's not a cheap choice to pick to eat unless you have the mobile app for the 5,6,7, Dollar meal deals. But the cashiers are respectful but the prices will increase throughout its journey. One thing that I'm glad they did is that they added a bicycle rack to lock your bicycle.

The food was nice but I ordered a happy meal for my daughter expecting a Hello Kitty toy but instead got a Sonic The Hedgehog toy which really upset her and also added a random honey mustard we didnāt order that.ā¹ļø

Night time female manager has an attitude and tossed my kids happy meal in the back after she forgot to give it to me w the rest if my order. The dudes upfront who helped w my order were wonderful but that night time lady manager, she ain't it and she talked w an attitude whole time. Sad that the staff is picking up her slack.

Terrible late night service can't hear the employees properly over drive thru speaker and they got the order right but gave me a mcdouble instead of a McChicken and the frappe had no sugar or flavor but was ordered with caramel and extra milk.

Iāve never been treated with so much disrespect at a fast food place all over a simple vanilla cone I redeemed with my points. I placed a mobile order for this exact location (which I come to all the time since I live next block), gave them the code at the drive-thru, and was immediately told āthatās not for this location.ā I was confused, because my phone clearly showed that it was.
They asked me to pull forward, took my phone, and checked it themselves. At paying window I was aksed to move forward and when I get there, guess what they started investigation again. The three employees acted like I was trying to scam them for a 4$ cone LOLL! This was so humiliating in-fact straight up harassment. Like, if you already saw my phone at the first window, why wouldnāt you communicate that with your team or a manager instead of criminalizing me a second time? Over a $4 cone! Pathetic. Yāall need serious training on how to treat customers like human beings. Thanks for ruining my day!

If I could give 0 I would!!! The managers or people in charge need to do a better job training their staff. 80% of the time they always mess up my order, and when confronted they blame it on me for not reading and confirming my order, after I specifically told them what I wanted. Not only that but sometimes Iāve gotten home and when open the bag I found something different than what I ordered. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
