Wandered in to kill some time before an event and WOW! THIS is what a coffee shop should be! Comfy couches, big chairs and tables invite you to just relax & hang! The decor is warm, cozy & clean. We had scones (delicious) & cappuccino. I wish we had a shop like this back home.

Visited Milano for a quick afternoon latte. Upon entering the atmosphere was amazing. It’s a nice establishment with plenty of space to work or just sit and enjoy your coffee. I ordered an iced honeycomb latte and a French toast muffin. Let’s start with the muffin. Overall it was a soft good tasting muffin. The only gripe I had with it was it did not resemble French toast at all. It was a plain vanilla muffin with sugar crystals on it. As for the latte it was just not good. I ordered it with almond milk and they used regular milk. Since I like milk it didn’t bother me but what did was the taste. It was watered down with no flavor at all. Needless to say I didn’t finish it. I am little disappointed.

Everything was fantastic. The staff are great, super friendly, and I love how private the place feels, you can’t hear the street at all and you can just relax in comfort. Plus the AC is really good, sooo nice on a hot day.

My new favorite cafe in Syracuse. The atmosphere is so warm. Perfect place to gather with a group of friends or business. I had an iced decaf latte which was a perfect smooth blend. The baked good are fresh with a huge variety of options. The service friendly and exceptional!

Coffee was good got Carmel late. Muffin was not good and overpriced. $5 for a large muffin that was stale and had no flavor. Love the ambience of this place very warm and seasonal. All the staff are very nice and friendly when ive been (4-5x) since i work right down the street.
