Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

i came here to celebrate my birthday w my cousin and grandma and our waitress Kaitlyn was the sweetest person ever. she has so much personality and her service was impeccable.
the food was good too, but thank you Kaitlyn for making this dinner enjoyable.
i had no idea my grandma asked them to sing to us… she is usually here weekends so we will be back!!

I’m sharing this review based on the incredible cuisine and amazing high end experience I have experienced by the staff and Christina the manger I have been made to feel honestly like family , the staff and food has been incredible Lizz the bartender was very attentive and kind I can’t wait to come back the chicken parm also slapped

Kevin is the best server! He is personable, attentive, and gives great service! We remember him from the Massapequa location. We continue to go to Bay Shore because of him!

Ordered food for my family for takeout and found a bug in the broccoli. Disgusting.

Its good but my most recent visit I did a pick up order. I asked on the phone for extra bread for my kids and then 3 more times when I arrived. They assured me they did it and I got home and it wasn't in the bag. So that's a major fail when someone communicates relentlessly and you don't make sure its there.

I have not been to an Olive Garden in at least 20 years, which at the time I really enjoyed and had a great meal. Tonight, on a whim I went to the Bayshore Olive Garden and again had a great experience. The food was amazing as well as our waitress. Great, clean atmosphere with a great staff all around! Two managers greeted us to see how everything was 🙌🙌🙌 I will definitely be back! If another locations are not receiving great reviews send them to Bayshore because their doing it right!!!!

We had a delightful time. We tried the shrimp, peppers & onion appetizer. It was amazing 👏 🤩! It reheat well in the air fryer 🤣😪 and it was amazing.

Justin was our waiter and provided excellent service! We had 14 people in our party with 5 kids under 10. He memorized our orders, provided quick service, and was attentive. Amazing service! Highly recommend you ask for Justin when you come to visit if you’re looking for top notch service!
