Great place to get a nice meal!! I’ve always been a fan of Panera, what makes this one great is that the service here was very friendly as well. I came in to grab some dinner with my boyfriend, as we were paying for our food, the cashier (Angel? Possibly?) told us that we were a cute couple and looked good together. That was very sweet of him. He thanked us and made our day with his kindness! Additionally, our order was ready very quickly, which is something you don’t see at other Panera’s. Great place, location is good as well because it is in a large mall.

Panera bread breakfast is always good for me. The environment is really neat and clean and service is good. We may pronounce things differently, the menu items, would appreciate if staffs helps us with a little more effort to understand instead of getting out of patience. Still good, derverse 5 star.

So I was so excited today with my coworkers about getting Panera and when I got my food I realized there was a hair in my melted cheese. That’s so disgusting and I didn’t proceed to eat my food . I would like a refund for this nasty disgusting meal. Not fair to me that I paid $30 just for me to throw it out . What a disgrace

You can’t go wrong at Panera Bread whether it’s breakfast or lunch ! It’s a good place to catchup real quick with a friend with a cup of coffee or a quick soup and salad this is the spot to go to I who is there the other day on a rainy day and it hit the spot to just grab a quick soup and salad and don’t forget their iced green tea

Used to love coming here, but lately they have been going downhill. They started to skimp out on ingredients in the sandwiches. Worst $15 spent.
The best Panera on Long Island, food and drink are great ! Very clean secure atmosphere and the staff is exceptional. Sean ,Stephanie , Blessy and Carmen are amazingly helpful and awesome people and managers . If I didn’t already have a job in the mall I would apply . Highly recommend this 5 star establishment!! 😃

I recently had surgery so I can't eat Lettuce. I ordered a salad without the Lettuce and they even called to make sure that was right. They were so sweet about my surgery and loaded me up with chicken, eggs and the other ingredients I could eat. Really recommend this location.

Some entitled manager guy told me not to go behind the counter to pick up my order because they moved the rack behind the cash register and didn't want to hear about the fact the time before that, one of his employees told me to pick it up behind the register in the rack. And his explanation for not hearing me is that people have been stealing orders like that's my problem. He was just inconsiderate

My favorite local Panera, my coworkers and I usually get you pick two’s with some type of salad, sandwich or soup. We’ve almost tried the entire menu. They always listen to any customizations on our orders. If I wanted more food, Id pay extra for it but the meal pictured is enough for me & standard portions are consistent with other Paneras. The difference is the kindest staff & a very clean & tidy area to eat
Parking: Very Large Amount of Parking Spaces from JCPenney to The Cheesecake Factory. Its a short walk to the entrance of Panera

The food has no flavor, and it casing overpriced, not as good as it used to be, don’t go here, a half a fricking sandwich and not even all the way filled up broccoli cheddar, plus another one was almost 40$, and the sandwich and soup both tasted ridiculously, outrageously bland.
