Let's just start by saying I did not receive
what I asked for. l asked the young lady
three times not to add any breast, yet she
gave me all breast. To top it off, I found a
bug in my food and had to throw it all away.

After waiting literally 27 mins for a simple one person meal in a very cold atmosphere, I was highly upset that my food was not what I expected. Shrimp were all smaller than my pinky nail (breadcrumbs) and the rice and beans smelled like smoke. Don’t recommend coming here. I sure won’t be back.

All good. Once I figured out the web site it was easy peasy.

I wish I could leave no stars. This was the first time something like this happened to me. I got food tonight (6/27/25) and my boyfriend was eating his chicken sandwich and a spider fell out. We threw out all the food and took pictures. This is extremely disgusting!! This was the first and last time I get Popeyes. I would appreciate a refund or something.

When I was receiving my order and asked for a side of ranch the employee said “no why would you need that amount of ranch for your order”. So I said “well I paid for my order why can’t I have the ranch I’m asking for” and she said “I didn’t mean it like that”, rolled her eyes, and shoved the bag in my hand. Horrible service. It was the girl with the fake eyelashes and eyebrows btw.

Ask about 3 for $5, they say no, so I walk out and check on the app, find out they have 3 for $6, why can she just tell me after saying No to me? What a service.

Awful experience. The customer service is terrible like others have said they don't even look at you as you stand there waiting. I came in with my kids and they wanted a refill before we hit the road. I bring the cup up and they refused to give it to me. In the USA I'm not going back to any establishment that calls themselves a fast food and doesn't give free refills. That's just the cost of doing business if you are in the fast food business in this country.

Had a problem once

After a long day, I pull up to Popeyes with a friend for dinner and had the most atrocious experience that I’ve ever had in a dining establishment. We order our meals and drinks and the drinks were filled in the worst way possible, the straws weren’t able to go in without spilling on us. We only got 3 napkins overall and when we had the spill and I went over to get more, she counted out two napkins and gave them to me with her bare hands. The location was filthy!!!!!! The service was poor!!!!!!!! And they were rude, I’ve been to this location so many times and it’s the same woman on duty that is acting like this. How do you refill the napkins on your container but won’t give it to the customers?????? My clothes and my friends clothes are sticky as hell and so are our feet.
