This was my third or fourth visit here. By and large my experience has been great. But today could have been better.1) I ordered a BBQ blackened chicken sandwich, but the cashier rung up a classic chicken sandwich.2) It took at least 7 minutes for me to get my order.3) They what would appear to a restroom. However there is also a sign that says Employee Only. If it’s not meant to be a public restroom then there shouldn’t be a sign saying it is.
Excellent service. The cashier was very nice. I will be back for more

This is the literal worst place for service. For fast food it takes so long ! And you’re lucky if an employee will acknowledge you. Amabile is the most unfriendly person I’ve ever seenCorporate: Allow more time for employees to prepare and pack food for 3rd party orders. It will stop clogging your lobby
First store on one of the entrances to the mall. Got a chicken sandwich and it had a fat piece of chicken. Couldn’t ask for much more. Otherwise, the shift manager rang off my order and the sandwich was great.
