Wow first time coming here since new owner!!! Chicken was good but the veggies was all raw like eating grass WTH!!! I had to cook it !!! For a food place to not even know how to cook!?!?

This place never misses. Food always fresh. Sarku is the only place keeping the Bay Shore mall open.

I recently visited Sarku Japan at the mall and had a disappointing experience. The food was incredibly salty, to the point where it was hard to enjoy. It felt like the entire plate was just doused in salt. Total waste of money. It's unfortunate because the portions were decent.

Wanted to write a reviews, the teriyaki chicken I order for delivery from here is always good, would recommend giving it a try, also decent portions for it’s marked up price point on 3rd party delivery apps

I've always gone to this place, even in my youth days. Whenever I'm in town, I never skip to go to Sarku. It's never changed and it never disappointed me ever.

The staff was the worst to serve today, they treated a person who was in front of me very badly and I felt bad for that person, it's good that the owner of the place took this into account

They are rude and disrespectful they yelled at me and my family for getting a Order and they yelled I quote “HEY IT NOT YOURS “ I couldn’t understand that much but what they were saying but I understand that but over all they are rude
